Mike was really just phenomenal. He was patient with our situation and helped us throughout the entire process. He was upfront and honest and was also understating of our situation. He (and I believe his son) worked hard all day. They got us back to having great airflow in our house! I could not recommend anyone better.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I got in touch with my home warranty, and they set Comfort Concepts as the company assigned to fixing our problem. Of course it is the hottest weekend so far when my A/C decides to go on the fritz, and on a Friday the start of the weekend. I called Comfort Concepts to schedule a time for them to come out, and he helped walk me through back to my home warranty company on how to make sure they were able to come out as soon as possible. I was on and off the phone with my home warranty company all afternoon, and by the time I got everything straightened out with the home warranty it was 6pm. I called Mike back and he still answered his phone even though they were closed and was very prompt at ensuring he got out here to fix our A/C even though it was already Friday evening. He answered his phone every time I called him, while I was trying to get through to my home warranty company, and still managed to fit me in. Mike was very professional and kind, and was here by 7:20pm. He made sure that my A/C was running properly and blowing cold air, and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Thanks to him our home is back to being nice and cool. Mike is truly a wonderful business owner who cares about his customers. We will now be using Comfort Concepts for all of our heat and air needs, we highly recommend them and will be referring them to anyone who is looking for a heat and air service company. If you’re looking for a company who is honest and reliable, as well as friendly and kind, Comfort Concepts is for sure the way to go. Thank you so much again Mike, you’re extremely appreciated!

Every summer our AC goes on the fritz and it is usually the capacitor. Exceptional Service. I called Mike on a late, HOT August afternoon. It was 91 degrees in my house. He arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday (less than 3 hours from initial phone call). He fixed my A/C in less than 15 minutes. So grateful to Mike and Comfort Concepts!

The technician, Mike, was extremely helpful. He showed up this morning within the stated time frame, which is always a plus. I have a "problem" home, built in the 80's with inadequate returns and an almost non-existent attic. Mike was well informed, courteous and patient with all of my questions. They do everything right! I lucked onto them when I bought my current house and have been very pleased with all they have done! We had to add another return air vent and they got it done FAST. My 20 year old furnace acted up recently and they got right out, found parts and I was back heating in only a few hours. They do what they say they are going to do timely and very reasonably. It is rare to find such professionalism and integrity!

Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air on a typical 90 degree Oklahoma day. It was miserable. And having a 10 month old baby means it wasn't something I could wait to have fixed. First thing the following morning, we called a few businesses to schedule an appointment, but the first two calls went unanswered so we called Comfort Concepts. The man answered the phone before normal business hours (apparently) and was polite and said he'd be by later that day. The technician arrived when he said he would and checked the unit and came back and explained the problem and the cost to fix it. From start to finish, it was less than an hour. I will definitely be saving the business card and will contact him again if there are every any issues in the future (and since my unit is about 20 years old, I'm sure I'll be calling!).
