Excellent services and staff. Fair prices and dependable service men. Office personnel very helpful. A+ BBB ratings for decades. No issues with work. Been using this business in excess of 20 years.

I use Dale and Lee's for home heating and air conditioning installation and maintenance. They have been in business a long time, and will be in business for a long time. Sure you can get small jobs done cheaply by some independent contractors, but I like to have a history with a dependable company I can count on.

I only gave 1 star because you have to so you can leave a review it should be NO STARS. We called Dale and Lee's on 12/31/18 because our furnace quit working made an appointment for someone to come out 1/2/19 to look at it. We waited all day in the cold. I would expect to be fired from my job for a no call no show so we called another company and they fixed it. I will be removing the Dale and Lee's sticker from my furnace door.

Doug with this company is awesome. Took the time to show me what was needed and not treat me like some idiot. Didnt try to fix something that didnt need to be fixed. And they were over half of what another company (ACS) was going to charge me and their guy was terrible. Thank you Doug for the great service. Oh and they were able to come out the same day even after not being called till 3pm

Fixed my Ac. But charged way way to much. I got charged $170 for a $20 part.. other ac companies put service fee to parts. Not dale&Lee. I will never do business with them again

Doug, the service technician, came & fixed our OLD furnace for us. We are very grateful not only for the prompt service call, but the research he did to fix our unit. I would recommend them any day of the week!

I am pleased with the very prompt service of Dale and Lee's. I will highly recommend Dale and Lee's to my family, friends and coworkers. I would like to thank Ethan for being professional and polite and doing a great job.

After the initial service call was set for Thursday, Dale and Lee's has rescheduled twice. It is now Monday at 2:10 and they still haven't shown up. If you're expecting decent customer service, go somewhere else. I would not recommend using Dale and Lee's.

I was out of country on vacation last week and my son texted me that the ac was not working. I did a quick internet search and because of the reviews of this company, told my son to contact them for the repair. A technician named Daniel arrived and told my son the ac repair would be $1300 for freon, but we should replace the units instead because they are 14 years old, and that would be around $6000. We paid Daniel for his service call and I told my son to ask the neighbor who he used for ac and heat related problems. A few hours later, the owner of Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning arrived and fixed my unit for $360. I resent anyone who tries to abuse someone’s situation for their own gain, and am appalled that Daniel would try to take advantage of my son in that manner! But I do owe Daniel my gratitude in one respect; he helped teach my son a valuable life lesson when dealing with predatory business practices.

The guy that came out to my house was super nice and knowledgeable, got out AC fixed in about 20 minutes!
