Dale and Lees Service Inc

We've used Dale and Lee's for many years! They always have great, trust-worthy employees who are very thorough. We really like the maintenance plan that allows you to pay one amount to take care of your spring and fall maintenance services with your heat and air units. This morning, Doug came out and did some warranty work, and showed me exactly what he was fixing while explaining exactly why it needed fixed! As everyone else has been, he was another very friendly, trust-worthy employee! 😊

“Hour Emergency” lead me to believe they provide emergency services. Still not heard back from them 6 hours later. False advertising.

(Update) Got a call from someone who cleared some things up. Apparently the person who took the initial call did not mark my situation as an emergency even though I specifically stated my $10,000 server and 3 exotic snakes were in danger of overheating. She apologized and asked if they could still assist me. So, I'm adding 2 stars for the effort on her part to be fair.

Mike was very rude he came to our business asking for the owner I was trying to get someone to talk to him he was real testy and pushy trying to get me to sign a piece of paper and wasn't authorized to do that he had to talk to owner of our flea market of Cheapo Depot he needs to learn some people skills

My parents had a new hot water tank installed today. They took a nap and woke up to gas smell in the house. They tried calling
Dale and Lee's 4 times and finally someone called them back at 10:30 tonight. He had to tell my dad how to turn off the gas because noone could come out and fix it. They said they would come in the morning. Your website says 24 hours.
They also put in a new AC unit for my daughter over a year ago and she still has trouble to this day with the AC unit. And they say nothing is wrong with it.

Dale & Lee's Service is an honest, efficient and professional company. They have always gone the extra mile in helping us with our heating/AC needs. Their technician Billy Johnson has been especially helpful to us. He is kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain things to us and to make sure that we're taken care of. We highly recommend Dale & Lee's. This is a wonderful company.

Our experience with Dale and Lee's spans many years. They have always, and continue to be honest, dependable, reasonable and have the best service men I've ever seen. Courteous, kind, friendly and willing to tell you what they are doing and why. They should teach other companies how to conduct customer service. Doug has been to our house more than once and always the nicest young man ever. Your company has a reputation to be proud of!

We used Dale & Lee’s Service (in business since the 60s) today for a spring inspection. Billy was here for about two hours and provided new and then changed all of our filters, checked every return, fixed our thermostat and cleaned the outside unit coils. He found a wire installed incorrectly and took care of that at no additional charge. The cost today was $148, which includes another visit and cleaning in the Fall. Excellent company with top-notch service. Billy’s customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Dale & Lee's recently. After noticing our heat would activate on our thermostat but we were feeling no hot air, we called them after hours. Within ~90 minutes they had called back, responded, diagnosed, and fixed the problem and were back on their way. We enjoyed comfortable heat that cold winter night. Thanks Dale & Lee's!

We have used Dale & Lee for many years and have always been well satisfied with their service. Today Doug was here for our Spring Tune Up. Doug ia a true professional and very polite! He was very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently! He located and fixed a problem that could shut our air conditioning down during the hot days of summer.

Dale and Lee’s have always been very professional and knowledgeable. They have done work for me for years. Replaced heat and air plus moved duct work about 2 years ago. Have also used them for plumbing. Doug came out recently to do fall maintenance and was very professional explaining what he was doing. Very nice guy. In my experience all of the guys have been kind and very professional. I highly recommend them.
