Put in a call to Dale & Lees Service and their technician Ethan was very courteous,fast and very proficient diagnosing my air conditioner problem. Would select him again in a heart beat should I need their services in the future.

Doug with Dale and Lee's came out to work on my A.C. he diagnosed the problem quickly and
had my A.C. working within minutes. He was professional and pleasant. Thanks Doug!

The installation went great. The workers were very good and knew what they were doing. Since then, I have used their maintenance programs where they come and give it all a check and clean out & fill up the air conditioning fluids.

Becky and Brent took time to answer ALL of my questions. The technicians were very courteous and respectful. Investing in such a big project can be stressful, but the people at dale and Lee’s made the experience easier!

I couldn't believe it when Claude from Dale & Lees pulled up to my house 45 minutes after my phone call! An hour later he had found the problem, fixed it, and checked for other problems. He explained what he was doing, knew his stuff, and fixed the problem. He even gave advice ... "change your filters". I have learned my lesson.

I have used them for years. Always fast, always good. They will come out any time and fix whatever. You can rely on them.

Called for loud A/C.
Tech said I had faulty fan motor bearings , he replaced it. It didn't fix the problem at all, unit still the same loud. He says, I guess the fan blade needs replaced as well with an estimate of another $300-500. I told him no thanks.

Ethan (tech) came quickly on a Saturday and had us fixed in half an hour! It was affordable and Ethan was incredibly professional. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

My hot water tank burst and they came within an hour of me calling. Could not be happier with my experience, minus having to get a new tank. Receptionist contacted them right away and then called me to let me know they were on the way. Very professional company.

My AC went out via a capacitor and was blowing hot air at some point in the wee hours of the morning on Friday and continued to do so getting my house temperature in the upper 80's. After calling quite a few places and getting the answer "We can't come today," I got your place of business. I understand that at this time of year, you all work pretty much non stop, so when your office answered the phone, my first response was "I hope you can perform a miracle." She did when the answer to my question of "Is it possible to get anyone out today?" Was "Yes, we can!"
