I couldn't believe it when Claude from Dale & Lees pulled up to my house 45 minutes after my phone call! An hour later he had found the problem, fixed it, and checked for other problems. He explained what he was doing, knew his stuff, and fixed the problem. He even gave advice ... "change your filters". I have learned my lesson.

Called for loud A/C.
Tech said I had faulty fan motor bearings , he replaced it. It didn't fix the problem at all, unit still the same loud. He says, I guess the fan blade needs replaced as well with an estimate of another $300-500. I told him no thanks.

My AC went out via a capacitor and was blowing hot air at some point in the wee hours of the morning on Friday and continued to do so getting my house temperature in the upper 80's. After calling quite a few places and getting the answer "We can't come today," I got your place of business. I understand that at this time of year, you all work pretty much non stop, so when your office answered the phone, my first response was "I hope you can perform a miracle." She did when the answer to my question of "Is it possible to get anyone out today?" Was "Yes, we can!"
