BEWARE!!!
I do not recommend this company. The person that showed up could not replace two wires on my unit so he had to call for back up help (The second person that showed up was obnoxious as hell). They would not look at my entire system to trouble shoot any other problems I was having. Added 3 lbs of Freon and then wanted me to book a new appointment to charge me an additional $71.00 per every 30 minutes to detect any leaks, all this after charging me $660.00. Beware of this company and their overcharging practices. They get a big thumbs down from me!

Tracy did a great job servicing our air conditioning units and answering several questions I had. We have used Dale & Lee's for several years and continue to be very pleased with their service and knowledge.

Good company. I've been using them commercially for several years, and I believe them to be a good and honest company based on the actions I've seen them take while at the facility I manage. When we're in a bind they've always stepped up and taken care of us.

Dale and Lee's service tech, Ethan, completed a Spring maintenance check on our HVAC system. He was polite, professional and thorough. I've used Dale and Lee's service for twenty years; always with good results.

Didn't know they did plumbing but sure happy I found out. They were out within an hour and were very honest. They warned me of the risks and what could go wrong and how much it could cost to fix if the cooper valves broke inside the wall behind my shower. I told them to go ahead and try. They were very cautious and respectful and were able to get it done without any damage.

Always an easy choice for my family and me to call Dale and Lee’s Service. They come out very quickly and we have come to know their trucks and their friendly staff. Reliable, legitimate, and punctual. Never any hassle.

I just want to thank you for a pleasant experience of outstanding service. What can be worse in 100 degree temperatures than an air conditioner breakdown! When I called Monday afternoon for repairs, I had no idea I would get same day service. I expected to have to wait until at least the next day, if not longer. Then I was further delighted that the repairman had the needed part on his truck rather than having to make an extra trip, which would have caused further delay.

In addition to that, after the job was completed, the technician made a special drive back to my home to double-check that he had in fact remembered to take care of a particular detail during installation. This proved that, to him, it wasn’t just another routine job for pay but that he is truly conscientious concerning his work.

To start I never really write reviews but the excellent service I received from Dale & Lee's Service was exemplary! Our A/C unit stopped working on a busy day (July 3rd), there was only one technician and he was swamped. He kept to his word and even came out at 10:45pm to fix our unit! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our church has always used Dale and Lee's for our HVAC needs! Here recently, our upstairs AC unit wasn't running properly. So they sent Doug out right away to take a look at it. In no time it was back to normal, and it didn't cost us a fortune!

Had multiple choices given to me ranging from $8,500 to $14,500 for a new a/c unit installed. These were for 3.5 ton-4 ton units. Ended up finding another service who came out in a day and installed a 4 ton unit for $3025. You might have to look around, but the relief of having a new unit with a 10 year warranty on all the major components for 5k+ less than the cheapest we were told is tremendous. I'm not saying they will do bad work, I am saying they are going to kill you on the costs.
