Brandon got out to my house quickly and worked until the problem was solved. Rather than going to replace the most expensive part that we initially thought could be the problem, he worked logically through the problem and identified the real problem, saving us time, money, and frustration! He was honest and upfront and made sure I understood everything before he did it and provided realistic expectations on time and cost. Nice and warm in my house for the first time in while!

I contacted Refrigerated Bear on a Sunday afternoon and had an immediate response and a service window scheduled within minutes. They arrived within the half-hour window they promised and provided an amazing degree of detail about the work. I learned a lot and was happy with the attention to detail. Fantastic company!

Called Brandon out during the last big freeze, my Heat had quit in the night and it was cold. He was there within a couple hours. Explained everything he was doing and told me what it would cost. Had our home nice and toasty that day. Very reasonably priced. I'll be calling the Refrigerated Bear my next HVAC issue also.
