Being new to OK I had no idea who to trust when it came to our home AC. All I knew was that I had a live in sauna and when I reached out looking for reputable referrals Brandon reached out to me. He was in contact immediately and not only did he talk me through what to look for via phone to assist me with making a decision before paying for services that may not be needed, he reassured me he would be available after talking with my husband. We decided to use The Refrigerated Bear and he was servicing my AC within 1.5 hrs of me making the call. Not only did he service our AC and get us back up and running but he showed me the parts that were replaced and explained their role in keeping the AC going. We were so impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and service that we decided to enroll in the Maintnance Agreement to help keep our unit up and running all year long!

Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and got our setup fixed right away. Fortunately, I called his business at 8:30am and he was on location by noon the same day while other businesses have the worst wait times! He was so thorough with his task and made sure we understood what to do and expect moving forward. We won't be using anyone else!

Brandon contacted me almost immediately after I messaged him about my issue and was here within the hour. Every step was thoroughly explained and there were no high pressure tactics employed. My wife and I were absolutely amazed. After over 2 yrs of what we were told was a non working system, struggling through several summers, having to rely on portable acs. Brandon started out with what was supposed to be a free estimate then at my request became a service call and fixed my HVAC system and made it totally livable again. Instead of being talked into having to replace the entire system, he diagnosed the actual cause and fixed our system. Thank you so much we will be calling you again for any additional work and spring tuneup. Definitely recommend this company for all you're needs

Brandon showed up at the time I was told he would be here. He had to troubleshoot a power issue. He found the problem and replaced the part since he had one in his vehicle. Very nice and professional. I ephod definitely recommend.

Refrigerated bear, I mean there are no words to describe this service. Let me start with the technical. He was absolutely 100 percent spot on in diagnosing my problem. This man is as honest and knowledgeable as one can come. the part needed for my unit was going to take a day or so and in this industry I was really surprised he could get what I needed any time soon. so, he fixed it and it worked amazingly well. He talked you through what he was doing the whole time so you feel safe as you go.
Okay so on to other than technical. I was in a serious accident in the middle of this repair. I'm still in the hospital a month later though I am close to getting out. I am not 1000% sure what's been taken care of or not. I will say the refrigerated bear has insisted I focus on my health first and the rest later.
People, The refrigerated bear is my lifetime go to for AC and HVAC needs. I will never trust another over refrigerated bear!
My family has also dealt with refrigerated bear while I was in the hospital and my brother, who does construction, has informed me of his professional opinion and that was, no matter what I better keep working with the refrigerated bear as I'll never find a more honest and hard working replacement.
So this is my 2 cents. 10/10, 5 stars! best ever person for your HVAC needs! I can not stress enough that this is your guy too!
