I can't thank Ryan Ratzlaff from Rhino Heating and Air Conditioning LLC enough for the late night house call. He had my A/C working again at the midnight hour, giving me a great night's rest. He was extremely honest, courteous, and professional.

This is an industry were many are taken advantage of by the exorbitant mark up on parts and the unnecessary replacing of components that work just fine. It's nice to see someone that doesn't do either! I highly recommend him and his team for any of your air conditioning or heating needs. -AT

Fast and dependable. Oklahoma summers are some of the worst, but Ryan had our AC working in under 20 minutes. In an industry known for unscrupulous companies, piece of mind is important and we wouldn't hesitate to call Rhino Heat and Air again.

Ryan and his Team at Rhino Heat & Air are top notch. True professionals at what they do. Our a/c went out over the 4th of July holiday, and knowing that he may not have the parts & not be able to get the parts, Ryan came to our house on afternoon of the 4th. He quickly assessed the situation, verified what was needed, and even gave me some advice on how to "limp" it through the night. First thing the following morning his team showed up, with every single thing that they would need. They were very fast and deliberate in replacing the necessary units. Ryan realized the following day that the filter had been left out of the new unit, and not only called me- he came by our house around 6pm, and didn't just drop it off with us, but took the time to put it in and make sure everything was still operating the way that it should.
Ryan and his team will be my first call, and first recommendation to ANYONE needing HVAC assistance!!
