Heater was blowing cold air.and thought gotta get it fixed because here in Oklahoma the Temps are always changing. So a person off of Fb told me about this company. Jeremy was very professional, they gave me a great price quote, the price did not change and they were on time and clean. It was a great experience I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Called in July and they were able to respond that day. Ended up needing a new compressor. Purchased a new condenser unit and they installed with no problems

My heater went out and i called Rhino Heat and Air. They returned my call quickly and before i knew it the tech showed up at my house to take a look at my problem. Now i don't even know where to start with this. Jeremy the tech was a complete professional. His people skills are second to none. Very easy to talk to and he trouble shot faster than anyone i have ever seen. This man truly knows his stuff. On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best, i would give this company a 100!!! I can't stress enough about the quality of work and professionalism that Jeremy possess. These traits are rare to find today. I dealt mostly with Jonathan. I had an extremely positive experience. My AC went out when it was 100+ degrees and I was very stressed. He was so kind, he was honest about what would be be the best value, and allowed me to make an informed decision. He also sat down with me and explained why I needed a new AC. They really do work 24/7. They came at 7 PM on a Saturday, diagnosed my issue, and brought a new AC and coil the following day at 5 AM. The installation took about 3 hours which wasn’t bad. They also thoroughly cleaned up the inevitable mess from working. They were extremely professional the entire time and kept me updated. The price really was quite reasonable as well when compared with what others paid. I would recommend them to work with. They also warranty their work for a period of time which I am grateful for.

I called for an appointment yesterday and was back with cool air by 1030 am today! My tech was great! I was called 20 min prior to my appointment time m, he was on time. The parts were fairly priced as well as the service fee. I’ll definitely use again. It sounds like I’ll be needing replacement parts for my other units soon

We contacted Rhino looking for an AC replacement and duct cleaning after getting sticker shock from some competitors.

I’m only going to be using and recommending Rhino in the future. Rhino came in well below all competitors. Every step of the process was quick and just as advertised. We were able to get an estimate within 2 hours of calling and were able schedule install next day. Installation was estimated around 4-5 hours and they were right on mark.

No one likes needing to get HVAC work done, but choosing Rhino was by far the right decision.
