I came home from work @ 5:00pm and found the temperature in my house to be 85°. It was 95° outside. I knew right away something was wrong with my A/C. I was hoping I somehow forgot to pay my electric bill and the power got shut off. I knew that would've been a cheaper problem to fix.. I called four different companies to see if someone could come out. Dreading what I was about to pay for an after hours service call. Couldn't get anyone to answer. I then called Rhino Heating & Air Conditioning and spoke to the owner himself. He showed up to my house 45 mins after our phone call. He showed me that my condenser was extremely dirty and the last tech over charged my unit on freon. He easily could've said I needed a new unit and I would've bought it. I even said "replace it if it needs to be replaced" before they started. Ryan and his tech were extremely polite and didn't try to take advantage of my desperate situation. They even hung around to check all my vents to assure they fixed the issue.. My house is cooling down and I don't have a sick feeling in stomach thinking I got screwed over.. The price was more than fair.. Especially for an after hours service call. I highly recommend Rhino Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs..

I have had several close friends who have used Ryan and his team at Rhino. So today when our a/c stopped working he came highly referred. It's not always easy to get someone out quickly in evening hours and on a Sunday night at that. Ryan came to our rescue in no time at all and got us fixed so I wasn't having to take 2 kids and 3 dogs to a motel for relief in the middle of August. His will definitely be a number I save in my phone for future needs.

I had a great experience dealing with Rhino Heating and Air. Austin was the technician that came out initially to collect information and Ryan emailed me the estimates by the next day. I had a bunch of requests and questions and Ryan and I had to go back and forth a bunch for me to make up my mind. He was awesome and quickly dealt with everything I asked, such as revising the quote for specific models that I had researched. The work was done in less than a day so I simply came home from work to nice and QUIET ac and furnace. I couldn't be happier. I was also really pleased that I dealt with Austin as he just seems like a great guy. Dealing with this big expense is stressful but having Austin's calm and friendly demeanor really rounded out this experience. Aside from that, their quote was very competitive and Ryan gave me all the info to get a good rebate from ONG. All in all, a true five star experience.

These guys are fast and efficient they replace my entire air conditioning system and furnace all my duct work all in one day and when they left it was like they were never here other than the fact I had a nice cool air. Ryan was very professional and honest. Highly recommended.

I had a recommendation on a company in Edmond but wanted someone local in the Moore area. After seeing all the great reviews, my son and I chose to call Rhino. Colton came that afternoon, quickly diagnosed replaced the bad capacitor. Colton was especially courteous and professional. He could have easily told me my unit was bad and I would have believed it and spent a lot of money since the unit is 20 years old.
