I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with Rhino Heating & Air. Their knowledge and professionalism are second to none and they are as honest and transparent a company I’ve worked with. They work as a great team and their responsiveness and attention to detail is top notch.
I found myself in a challenging situation with my original unit that was installed by the builder, but Rhino went above and beyond to resolve my issues leaving me with a properly functioning unit for the first time since we’ve lived in our home.
It can be difficult and unnerving trying to find a good and honest HVAC company, but trust me, look no further than Rhino. They’ve earned customer for life and if my friends or family need HVAC work, I’ll insist they call Rhino.

The Rhino staff were very polite, professional, and don't charge an arm and a leg. Got the estimate in the afternoon and the guys were at my house early the next morning to get to work. I was even offered portable A/C units after the estimate, at no extra cost, to help make the rest of the day and night a little more bearable. I already recommended Rhino Heating and Air Conditioning to my brother after his went our last night.

Had an issue with a small water leak in attic. Called Rhino, they came out on the same day, very professional and prompt. Spent close to an hour in our attic with temps over 100 degrees just outdoors. He traced the problem, replaced piping and did not break my checkbook!! I have used this company twice and you can trust them in your home, and they don’t leave a mess when they are finished, and again their cost our very reasonable for average family homeowners!

Rhino was very responsive and had a tech out in less than an hour! Jeremy deserves a raise! He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He thoroughly explained everything to me and even offered to explain the issues to my dad over the phone. Jeremy gave multiple options on how to alleviate the problems I was experiencing with my AC. He was also very thoughtful when walking through my house (i.e. making sure his shoes were clean before stepping on my rug). Jeremy was also very nice to my pets! I really appreciate all his hard work, especially in this heat! Rhino, please give this man a raise because he truly deserves it! Our A/C went out during an extremely hot and humid part of the summer. We called Rhino and Jeremy came out quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He found the problem and had it resolved quickly. We will be calling on Rhino Heat and Air for any of our HVAC issues. Definitely recommend.
