Grainger always has that hard to find specialty part or tool when you need it now. They are high priced, but their market is not cheap prices. Their market is having in stock that part or tool you need right now without having to wait for it to be shipped in at a latter date. As the old saying goes; “If all else fails, you can always count on Grainger”.

Robert McCarter went above and beyond to help me with a difficult order. I highly recommend this location because the customer service is outstanding! He even communicated with me and emailed me following up. Very happy and impressed with my experience!

I guess I might need to accept some of the blame for this particular situation. I ordered something on the Grainger site, and it was my understanding that it was in stock in OKC. When I arrived, I was informed that it was being shipped there. If I would have realized that, I wouldn't have ordered my pieces. The guys there stepped up to the pump, went in to the system, changed it to deliver to my house, and said they'd cover the freight charge. That's TOP NOTCH customer service people. Shout out to the OKC store !! Thank You guys for your help !!!!
