He came out to inspect and service my unit; ends up my unit to super old and on its last leg… waiting for an estimate to replace the whole HVAC system.

I was happy with how fast they could send a tech out. My husband had suspected he figured out what was wrong with our A/C but we wanted a professional opinion. The tech showed up on time and got to work. He told my husband the condensate drain was clogged. He thought he may have to run for a part but didn’t. He opened the clean out & my husband saw the clog & stuck his drain weasel in it and immediately it unclogged. The tech stuck a rubber hose in there after (not sure if it would have worked as well since it was floppy.) He told us to clean it with bleach. He closed up the unit and wrote up our invoice. It was over $200! The house call was $119, which was fine but we were charged $90 for “drain & clean out” which never happened. I hate leaving a bad review because I can see this company must be great but unfortunately we wouldn’t call them again.

The tech that was sent to fix my AC issue was a journeyman that has been in the industry since 1985. He knew exactly what he was doing. I told him what issues I noticed, and he was able to diagnose everything quickly. The most impressive part of the day however was that the company had multiple people running around town chasing down a blower motor and then delivering it to my house so it could be installed that same day. So we’ve got a company that shows great teamwork, and a knowledgeable tech that is top notch and super cool. Oh yeah, the job was done correctly the first time, everything is warrantied, and I absolutely notice a difference in how the system cools. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided, and would absolutely consider hiring them for future jobs.

Daniel was prompt friendly and very well versed in his job.
He tracked down the problem to a faulty thermostat, replaced it and was done less than an hour from arrival. We've been loyal customers of Drabek & Hill for a long time now and have always gotten sterling service from them.

The guys did a great job from beginning to end. Lester was awesome to work with and helped out a bunch with letting me know what was necessary to prep the site for the installation. Joel worked quickly and cleanly to install my new AC without issues. I'm really looking forward to my new, air-conditioned office being complete. This is one more item checked off the list.
