Had them come to do a routine service on our equipment (our first in this home) and Hunter took his time to really check everything out, clean everything, explain it all and make some recommendations. He did a great job and was friendly but not pushy. We will definitely use them again.

Cory was absolutely amazing. Timely, Professional, Responsive, Diligent, and was great with my small kids that were asking him a million questions while he was working. Excellent, professional, timely service with outstanding communication. Randy was great at explaining details prior to service installation. Very pleased with the electrical service provided and would highly recommend. Had Tesla wall charger installed. Also was very happy that surge protection was included. Will certainly call if I have any electrical needs in the future.

My family has used Drabek & Hill for HVAC service/maintenance for decades and recently began using their plumbing division (Mr. Comfort) after our previous plumber retired. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experiences! Not only does the main office communicate well with customers, but the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Cory B has responded to our 2 most recent plumbing emergencies, and he’s nothing short of outstanding! He provided a very fair estimate for the necessary repairs before beginning, and didn’t think twice about addressing an additional issue that we mentioned in passing while he was fixing the primary reason for the service call. In fact, we’ll be requesting Cory again soon once the shower fixtures that he recommended arrive.

Cory was courteous and professional. He found our shutoff valve was damaged and replaced it. Now the water going to the fridge is finally working again. Thank you so much!

Great service!!!! Of course, our AC unit went out Saturday afternoon with 90°plus heat. We called another company that advertised to work anytime, and they said they would call right back. They never called, even when we called again. Sunday morning, we called Drabeck and Hill, and they returned our call almost immediately. They showed up on the same day and had the unit fixed in an hour! When we need service again, we will call Drabeck and Hill.

Mike was very courteous. He provided good customer service. He explained what was needed for our system in terms that I understood. I highly recommend him.
