Michael was earlier than scheduled which was nice. He has serviced our system for over 10 years, as always quality service. We always ask for Mike as our service technician. There are no surprises. If something needs to be repaired, he lets us know and usually has the part on hand to perform the repair. Quality service and quality personnel.

Francisco did a wonderful job today. He identified and fixed the issue with our a/c. He identified and shared about the root issue of some additional issues I had with air flow in the house. He also made suggestions to set us up for furnace service in the fall so we could ensure everything was in working order. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We have used Drabek many times over the years and Francisco was top notch. Thanks guys!

Had new outside AC unit installed due to bad compressor. They were able to do it on Sat morning rather than the first estimate of the following Tuesday. Temperatures were in the 100’s so the Sat installation was greatly appreciated. Very happy with the installation crew. One “small” item that says a lot about the company….they needed to replace the triple A batteries on the thermostat but there weren’t any on the truck. I told him that I had some AAA batteries at my other house and I offered to go get them. After not hearing anything for a while I asked what about the batteries? He said that’s all right, I called the office and they’re going to bring us some. To me that says a lot about customer service. He could’ve just as easily had me go get the batteries but he had the company do it. “Small” item but much appreciated!!

Geoffry provided an annual HVAC system maintenance. He was quick and competent. He explained all the work he performed and answered my questions. I’ve used Drabek&Hill for our heat/ac and plumbing and will continue to have them fix our problems.

The service man, Michael, was fast, professional, and explained the process. I would use them again for sure.

He communicated any concerns in a clear and kind way as well as provided general knowledge of our HVAC systems during the maintenance service request. Tim was so nice. He took time to show me details on my system to help prolong my system. And he spent extra time cleaning. Awesome young man. Good job!

The technician, Michael, was extremely courteous and fast. He gave me honest advice which in turn saved me money! I will be using them again in the future. I also like that they send a picture of who is coming so there's no surprise or questioning of safety.

I told Daniel my story about the last person who came out in April to service our A/C and that something just felt off. Anyway he check our unit and found the problem and fixed it and told us our unit needed cleaning something the other company was supposed to do when they serviced our unit. Drabek&Hill took care of my unit and now my husband no longer has to listen to my complaining that I’m hot. Thank you so much and from now on Drabek&Hill will be the only company I use.
