Aaron quoted me the most-expensive solution and I agreed to do that. When he and his team came to do the work, he and his teammates found an easier solution. Literally $2,000 less than the quote. I use D&H because I know that's their approach to doing business. We've used them exclusively since moving here in 1979, based on my dad's recommendation who used them since moving here in 1966.

Haven't decided who to use yet. Price was fair, but I'm having another tech to come out and evaluate if he finds the same thing as the Air Comfort Solutions tech did. Now that I understand they are crooks I don't trust their diagnosis. If it as said and I need a new condenser unit you guys are definitely in the ballpark on price.

We called Drabek & Hill for a plumbing issue. They have serviced my Heat/Air unit for years and I've always been pleased with their service. So when my plumbing leak happened and I had heard they now did plumbing, I called them. They were out within 3 days (the leak was not an emergency). Ronnie was the service tech they sent out. He was great. In fact, I thought it was going to be a bigger issue than it was. He diagnosed it as something much simpler and easier to fix. He answered all of our questions and was very easy to talk to. He did a great job. We even had questions on another issue. He talked to us about our options and was terrific. So, next time a need a plumber, I'm calling Drabek & Hill back and asking for Ronnie.

We experienced a failure with a major component in our air conditioning system. Due to the age (20+ years) of the system, we opted for a complete replacement of the cooling and heating equipment. The technician, Gary, was prompt, friendly and efficient. I was given a status report as to how my unit is doing. He even gave me a couple tips on what I could easily do to help make sure my AC stays happy and healthy during this very hot summer. I have always had very good service with Drabek and Hill!!

We have had regular maintenance for several years done by Micheal at Drabek & Hill. This visit that coincided with a problem with the furnace which he quickly diagnosed and fixed. He was on time and worked quickly. He is friendly and informative. We are thankful for a reliable technician from an established company with a good reputation.

Our hot water heater went out at 10:30 one evening. We called and a real person answered (even at that time of evening). They promised to call early next morning and they followed through. By 5:00 the following day, the replacement of the hot water heater was finished! So appreciate the speed of getting this job done!

Ezra was very good at his job. Arrived as discussed and set to work doing a leak test on my gas line, and there was a leak in main line. Next step is office will notify gas company and they will move meter and line closer to house. He was very thorough and explained every step. Pricing was fair. Will definitely use this company again.

Greg was very friendly and prompt. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He also checked the rest of the unit to make sure it was good to go. Greg has a great knowledge about hvac. I would not hesitate to call him if I ever have a problem.
