Ryan at Norman Air was an absolute gem! He was super quick, courteous, and informative. He answered all my questions about my A/C system and provided communication as he worked.

I was extremely impressed with the communication and professionalism from Norman Air & Ryan. Will use for any future HVAC issues.

Elijah showed up quickly and was able to diagnose the problem just based on the description - he was professional and informative. Really appreciate him and the helpfulness from Trish on the phone call. Good, quick service!

It's always a good idea to get a second opinion. I almost made a costly mistake. They came out and shut me down in the coldest time of the year, showing me pictures of a molding, rusted furnace. They had someone on speed dial ready to replace my furnace. My realtor reminded me that I had a home warranty and to use it, which I did, and believe it or not, my furnace didn't need replacing. I second guessed the warranty people because, surely, Norman Heating Company wouldn't do me/ people like this. My warranty tech took me up into my attic and showed me what was going on. What I saw wasn't the pictures that Norman Heating Company showed me. My unit was clean, and the problem was a wire that was replaced in less than 2 minutes. Beware folks

Dalton rescued us on Saturday afternoon from a busted outside faucet that flooded our bedroom and bath. He was very professional and had us fixed in no time. We’ve always had excellent service with them.

New water tank installed after hours. Great work brought it up to code. Old one failed after 6 years. Don’t recall who installed it. These guys were quick and on point. Hot shower in the morning. Thanks Dalton!!

We have had Norman heat and air out three times. Each time they have been professional, courteous, and their prices are reasonable. We absolutely love our technician Randall. We Are so pleased that we signed up to be members of the Comfort Club today (which offers great savings)

Trevor was prompt coming out on a holiday weekend Saturday to repair our thermostat that was not working. Turned out to be a clogged condensation drain pipe. Super quick diagnosis. Update: unfortunately the unit stop working the evening of the day after. As it was not unbearably hot that weekend we wait until Tuesday to call and get someone out. 4 stars because the unit stopped working the next evening. Initial repair was insufficient. Norman Heating and Air is super responsive and sent a new technician out on Tuesday and he fixed the unit fully.

I've had a fantastic experience with this company and the plumbers that have worked on my house. They are very intelligent and professional, and they were willing to answer all of my questions. I have an older house (1963) that has been experiencing a variety of issues, and this team eased my anxiety on the situation and made sure I was well-informed every step of the way. They were exceedingly efficient and did a remarkable job.

Kudos to the plumbers that worked on my house, Dalton, Dyllan, Justin, and Jeremiah. I have already recommended this team to many people.

Also, the prices were reasonable, though I highly recommend signing up for comfort care. It gets you a discount and you get yearly checkups on both plumbing and HVAC.

Dalton did a great job. He took extra care to map out out complicated plumbing (due to old add ons) so that we really got to the problem. Appreciate his hard work.

We had our kitchen faucet installed. The work was professional and quick, nothing to complain about. The worker is also friendly and nice. But the price... definitely make us think about hiring a handyman instead next time. The total cost was $358 for an hour of work and that's including the $99 inspection fee. In my opinion, labor should've been cheaper. Labor for changing out a tire is about $45 per tire and other similar work sure don't cost $230 an hour.
