Norman Air

Norman Air came through in a clutch. 105 outside and came and installed a new unit. Rick and Devin were professionals and did not complain or have bad attitudes. They did a great job and very polite for working in that heatwave. Can't thank them enough for getting our house a lot more comfortable!!! Thank you Devin and Rick, many thanks.

Ryan is an AMAZING Technician!!! He took great care of us and did everything he could to fix our busted AC without making me feel like he was gouging or trying to make the company needless money. He explained everything every step of the way and gave numerous tips to help prevent our system from going down again. I would 100% suggest Norman Air to anyone based solely off of Ryan’s work today and his personality. Please give this man a raise and recognize his hard work and dedication to the company, because if you don’t then any other company would love to have someone like him. Ryan, your awesome man and I appreciate you more then you will ever know.

My membership inspection was scheduled for today, and Billy D was my technician. He was extremely punctual and very kind. Billy took his time examining all the fixtures and was knowledgeable about the repairs that I needed. Billy seems very passionate about his work and his customers. Norman Heat and Air hires the absolute best technicians and I’ve never had a negative experience. They are always up front about what to expect and what the repair costs are. They also won’t try to up-sell you or try to talk you into an expensive repair if you don’t absolutely need it.

We had a plumbing issue related to water supply line break into the house. Elijah of Norman Air was flatout exceptional --- hardest work I've seen done by a plumber, especially considering the heat. He hand dug a 4x4x4 foot hole, solid mud, to get to the leak and repair it. We can not say enough how pleased we were with his service and work. Especially considering a plumber on Thursday was not willing to explore that possibility, and told us to call "the sprinkler guy". Heartily recommend Elijah and Norman Air!

Keith and Justin came out for our annual plumbing inspection. Having worked with Keith before I knew we were in good hands. They both thoroughly inspected our plumbing and answered any questions I had. Overall a great service and plumbers and a great company!

Plumbing inspection done by Keith today and he is GREAT!! He explained everything to me in a way...I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING..he explained all he was doing and what to look for. I appreciate that kind of service!! HE IS THE MAN!! I LOVE HAVING MY CO TRACT WITH YOUR COMPANY!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Treavor was our technician and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our air conditioning unit. He was courteous and explained my options in a way I could understand. I was also impressed that Norman Air was able to provide help by early afternoon following my call in the morning. Most other companies I called had a wait of 1-3 more days before they could provide service. Treavor was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.

My A/C unit went out on Friday, I called Norman air that morning, they had someone out to my house that day helping me. I had to get a new A/C system due to mine being so old. They were out the next day (Saturday) and had everything swapped out and ready to go in a matter or a couple of hours. This was some great service, friendly and professions technicians. Highly recommend using them.
