Norman Air

This was an amazing experience. The technicians came in while I wasn’t home and it took them several hours working in the freezing cold. They left the house clean and educated me on the new unit once I arrived. Austin and Scott didn’t waste any time and got my heat back up and running. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Pic of new inside mini split and outside unit. My room was in the 30s and now 68 again. Thanks to the team. Gus, Austin, and Scott for marking this happen in such a short notice. Replaced within 3 days of service request. Outstanding job!! Thanks for your dedication to your job and caring for your customers.

Ryan was great! He was extremely patient with me. Answered all my questions and took his time. Plus he came out on Sunday, due to an emergency with the unit.

Jeremiah and Keith helped us with installing a gas grill that we bought recently. I had never done something like this before and I wanted to be sure that I was not going to explode the house! Both Jeremiah and Keith were very friendly and very professional at the same time! They gave us an estimate of the cost before they started doing anything -- that estimate came for free. Then, when we agreed to proceed with the work order, they explained every part of the process and answered all of our questions as they were preparing the pipes and painted the installed components so that they do not get corroded. Our outdoor walls are in pristine condition as no paint was spilled over. Overall we are very very happy with the work and we definitely recommend both of them to anybody else. Clearly, should we need their services in the future, they will be the ones from whom we will ask help with our plumbing. In the end, they also did a free plumbing inspection in the rest of the house. Thank you guys!

Update May 20, 2023:
I just wanted to follow up and say that I have used their services a couple more times because I had a faulty shut-off valve that had to be replaced so that everything is functioning properly (the valve stands between the city's sewer system and the pipes in my house; it is located immediately outside of the house). I was very happy with the work that Dalton and Justin did a couple of days ago and replaced the shutoff valve. I am very happy with the outcome and it was a real pleasure interacting with both of them. Thank you guys!

Jay from Norman Air was professional and respectful. I've used several other companies in the past and each has spoken down to me as if women can't understand these systems, but not Jay! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is for these reasons that I signed up for the Norman Air Max program. If all of Norman Air's techs are this nice, I'll be a customer for life!

Update: a few days after signing up for the Max program, my sink decided to start leaking. My multiple attempts to fix this failed so I had to call Norman Air for a plumber. I felt terrible about interrupting his Memorial Day weekend but Dalton was so nice and so willing to jump in. He explained everything he did and left with me feeling empowered. Dalton is the fourth person I've encountered from Norman Air. Every person I have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and professional. I'm definitely going to be a customer for life.

The electrical inspection that Bo performed today was very professional and thorough. I’ve used this company for years for my heating and air conditioning and just recently started using them for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company for all your heating, air conditioning, plumbing & now electrical needs!

Trevor was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing during our A/C tune-up. Seemed efficient and timely. Highly recommend. Good service.

Starting with Shane -our service tech -who checked out our AC -finding it needed to be replaced- to Colton -who explained all of our options - we were already impressed. To top it off Alex and Princeton who did entire installation worked like a machine -non-stop until totally done. They worked in a way that one could tell that not one detail was missed or overlooked leaving my wife and I to feel confident in all that was done. We couldn't have asked for better service that we got from Norman Air

I have never felt comfortable with an HVAC Tech before. Trevor really respected my limited knowledge and respectfully explained the things that I had no idea of. He completed the job, and gave me several options to further help the a/c. Then did not push when I chose the lesser option.

I want to commmend Eddie and Scott for a job well done. They work as a team proficiently to provide my wife and me with cool air. It was great watch them work. One on the unit outside the other working in the attic. It seemed as though they had just got to our house and were done with the unit finished and driving off.

Elijah arrived quickly, and fixed the plumbing mess I had. I appreciate his work, and the time he spent getting this job done. This was on a weekend! So glad this company offers this service!
