I don't even think they deserve a single star to be honest. We bought a brand new house that Randall's had done the install on for our heating and air system. In the 2 years since the house has been built the thermostat has gone out twice. The first time it was within the first year so they replaced the thermostat. This time it is past the year and so they came out and charged the $89 for their service call fee and then we had to buy a new thermostat. When I called to speak to someone to discuss our frustration with the fact that a new system in a new house has broken twice in two years (the same piece of equiment) Shannon, the manager, told me there was no way they'd be willing to offer any help and said I had a bad attitude. She was not apologetic or sympathetic at all and said "things break...sorry." I couldn't believe that that is what a manager would say when a customer is concerned that the products they are getting are not of good quality. Very disappointed and embarrassed for Randall's that this is how their manager treats people.

I would highly recommend Randall’s to anyone looking for professional and reliable service for their HVAC system. David, the service technician that has repaired our heating unit, has been honest with us and explained what needed to be done. We were so happy with the repair job that we signed up for their maintenance service. Great job!

We had some cooling issues during the summer and despite how busy they were, we got a service technician out the same day. I highly recommend their services for residential and commercial customers.

Talked to Joanne Monday morning and she had someone come out eary in the afternoon. The technician did a great job inspecting the unit and put my mind at ease. Our unit was having a hard time cooling, but it was due to the outside temperature. Very thankful the technician was honest and didn’t not try to up sell me on service I didn’t need. The things you learn when purchasing a new house!

Looking to get gouged?

In short, Randall’s installed my original HVAC system 4 years ago during new construction and failed to include a condensate clean out. (Side note: My family has built new homes in OKC for over 20 years and have used Randall’s exclusively.) My condensate line recently became clogged and it needed to be cleaned out before it wouldn’t turn back on. I was capable of doing it myself but was dealing with a sick kid. So I called the original installer out of loyalty and they arrived quickly. 30 mins later I was handed an invoice; $297 = $90 service call, $115 for cleaning out the line, $92 to remove 1” of drip pan water. Kevin, the tech, was very friendly and explained they “recently raised prices” and the “service call charge is not applied to the repair.” As a property claims supervisor I’ve reviewed countless HVAC repair bills and it’s obvious they are gouging. Like an idiot though, I paid Kevin for the work performed and advised I would call the office to discuss. After four voicemails with the receptionist and being told the owner, Joanne, would call me, I’ve given up on receiving a returned call. All I wanted to do was discuss the bill. That’s it. They had no problem cashing my check but I’m sure if I had held out paying, Joanne would have found time to call me. Excellent customer service.

So if your looking to be gouged and not get a call back, you should call Randall’s Temp Control. They got you covered.

I called today and I got the same day appointment. The cost was inexpensive and the service was friendly. Trevor (Sp) was the technician and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. The problem was fixed quickly and now I have heat. I will continue to use this company in the future and I highly recommend them.
