Kenny with Randall's Temperature control is awesome. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I let him know that one side of the house was heating more than the other and he immediately went to work. He figure out the issue in 15 mins, came up with a solution, and fixed it. I recommend them to anyone looking for heat and air.

I started using Randall's when they had taken over the warranty work from the original installer on my new home. I sign up for the twice a year checkup and request the tech David. He was able to find and fix the installation error of the original heat and air company my builder used.

A friend of mine called last night asking if Randall's Temperature Control had a technician on call for after hour emergencies. Her heater had quit working and it was single digit temperatures outside. I called Jo Anne Randall and she gave me her on call technician's number. I relayed the information to my friend, and very quickly she replied to me that Eric was on the way to fix her heater. After he completed the repair she told me that he was very friendly, professional and had their heater up and running in no time. I would highly recommend the team at Randall's Temperature Control.

My house had new units, heat and air that were installed by a company that did not know what they were doing; renovation was a nightmare from $900 month propane bills in the winter and $700 mo ele. bills in the summer. Former contractor paid them in full before any inspections were passed. Crooked contractor and his crooked hvac company did so many things wrong. House wouldn’t heat or cool correctly at all. I took a chance on Randalls Temp Control, and had them inspect my units and estimate cost needed to correct my issues. Not only did this happen, but along the way each thing done incorrectly, was clearly shown and explained to me. I let them make all corrections needed, and now my House is cool and comfortable on both levels.
David Cole, one of Randall’s service techs is one of a kind! This guy is knowledgeable, hard working, and personable. He pays close attention to your concerns/issues, and doesn’t miss a beat. He was professional, honest, caring and throrough. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I will call him again when it’s time for my system to be yearly checked/maintained.
Also the office staff is kind and very professional. They care about their employees and their customers. If you need heat or air conditioning, I highly recommend Randall’s!

I'm thrilled with Randall's, in particular, Eric. They've handled the heat and AC in our commercial building for a couple years and have consistently done a great job. They respond quickly. Eric goes above and beyond to find the cause of the problem and fix it. He walks us through every step, including showing us pics and videos when the issue isn't easily accessible, so we understand the cause, effect, and correction. And, their pricing can't be beat. We will continue to use Randall's and, now, a few of our employees are seeking them out, too.

My review is a little different than most reviews because I want to share what happened to me and how a team member of Randall’s saved the day. I had lost my debit card and had the bank temporarily turn it off. Once I found it, I had them turn it back on (or so I thought). Unbeknownst to me, my card was still not turned on. New Year’s Eve, I stopped at Braum’s in Moore to purchase last minute groceries. When I went to pay with my card, it kept declining. I was so embarrassed and so rattled. I was holding up the line and had to run out to my car to look for any cash I had. When I returned, I was still trying to get my card reinstated. A wonderful man wearing a Randall’s jacket said, “you don’t need this hassle on NYE, I can see you’re trying to get home and make some stuff. Happy New Year!” He actually paid for my groceries. I stood there with tears in my eyes trying to choke out a thank you. I just couldn’t believe what just happened. As I waved at him driving off in a Randall’s work truck, I immediately thought to myself, if that’s the type of employee they have at Randall’s, that’s the type of company I can trust. I wrote the company a thank you and found out the generous man was actually Frank Randall, the owner! That speaks volumes to me of how he would run his company. Honesty, integrity, and generosity goes a long way with me in today’s crazy world. I will definitely use Randall’s as my HVAC company now. Again, thank you, Mr. Randall. You sure made an impression on this embarrassed gal! It’s nice to know that there are still wonderful, caring people out there! God Bless you.

They did a wonderful job. They were very professional and were very patient with my little dogs. They were very careful not to track anything in my house. They covered my carpet and tile with tarps and even wore shoe covers. They cleaned up and even sweep my drive way. When they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. Except for one thing my house was cooler. The were very reasonable and exceptional service.

The technician "Kenny" was courteous, trouble shot the system and ordered parts to fix our heater. Once parts arrived he returned, installed them testing both the heater and the air conditioner to make sure the entire system functioned properly. He cleaned up the area after completing the job, nice to see someone take some pride in their work! The price I believe was fair for the work performed and would use and recommend this business to family and friends.

I've been at my house for 8 years and I'm ashamed to admit that besides the air filters being changed, I have never had to have my AC or Heater "officially" serviced as it runs like a champ. Be that as it may, I decided to contact Randall's Temperature Control because they are the ones that did the initial install to get set up on a maintenance plan. On 2/22/18 they sent out a tech, and he spent over an hour at my house going through everything and performing the required maintenance on both the AC unit and furnace. Not only was he thorough, but he was very patient as I asked an onslaught of stupid questions. He even volunteered to clean the coil and spray it down with a special cleaner (which was not part of the maintenance) as I was worried about the "musty" smell that kept occurring on occasion when we switched from heater to AC at the start of every Spring.
Fully aware that proper maintenance had never been performed on my unit - ever - I was totally expecting a ton of things to be wrong, and I was very nervous about the bill. I was amazed that I was not gouged, and I was only charged a minimal fee for routine maintenance. I was done right!
When he had completed the service, my husband arrived home and the tech, Erik, volunteered to take my husband back up the attic and show him everything that was going on and even showed him how to clean the pan and some other misc things. What great service!

That next evening, we experienced freezing cold temperatures and freezing rain. Simultaneously, I heard a disruptive commotion coming from our outside unit. So, I called Randall's back the next day and spoke with the owner, Jo Ann. She told me exactly what to do to shut it off. She explained in detail how I needed to switch my thermostat to emergency heat during the cold weather, to prevent the blades on the unit from freezing. I did exactly what she said and everything was fine.

This week when the weather was warmer, the owner, Jo Ann Randall, called me to let me know she was going to send a tech out to my house to make sure everything was working properly after the freezing rain and drop in temperatures. She didn't have to do that! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. With customer service like this, I'm a customer for life.
