I had them come out to fix a faulty heating unit in my rental. They showed up on time which was great, however the actual service and thoroughness was not up to par. They told me that the ignitor, pilot, and smart valve were needing replacement for $860. I told them fine, replace all of that as I know the ignitor and pilot were about to fail anyways, the smart valve had already seized. Two hours later I get a call stating he replaced the smart valve but not the ignitor or pilot, and had already left. I was not exactly happy since I had already asked for those parts to be replaced and agreed to pay. The heater did work and my tenants were happier. The problem arose when the heater broke that night and when I called them out again they said the ignitor and pilot were broken - so now it's going to be $260 on top of the $600 they had charged me the previous day. I already agreed to pay $860 so the cost was not a big deal. The big deal is that I had asked them to do said work already and they did not listen. I Asked why he didn't fix it the previous day and he told me "you asked me to get this done as cheaply as possible". That is not true, I asked if he could give me a discount since I knew the owner. When he said no, I told him go ahead and fix it as you had prescribed, for the agreed upon amount. I decided to call the owner directly; he didn't answer and did not return my calls. I called the office to complain that my tenants had to sleep in 20F weather with no central heat. They basically said "well it's fixed now isn't it?" and acted like my comments on their technician were insulting to them. They then proceeded to hang up on me. Am I happy the unit is fixed? Sure. Am I happy about the over all experience and service? No. Never ever insult your customer and ALWAYS listen to their comments about your employees - good or bad.

I called about a broken A/C at 7am and had someone working on it by 9am. The blower had a manufacturer defect and even though I was a week past the expiration of my warranty, they covered the labor for me as well as the part. I highly recommend their service.

I am a Realtor and had an appointment for a duct inspection with their camera technician on Tuesday, September 2nd at 8am. My client and I arrived early. At 8:00 I called just to confirm as to what time we could expect the technician. I was given a bunch of excuses including he was busy all weekend because people did not have air. Not sure what that had to do with my appointment. Then I was told that the technician just walked in. I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know that something had changed to which she had no reply. I told her that we were at the house and waiting. Nobody came so I went to their office to talk to the owners who were in a meeting. So, some man began to talk to me and he was rude and arrogant and I quote, he said, "You don't tell us what to do." Really, how about a courtesy call to a customer that has used you in the past for their own personal residence as well as investment properties? Instead of excuses, how about an apology for the inconvenience you put several people through? And this doesn't make sense at all, they finally tell me the reason he can't come is because his mother died over the weekend and he is currently out on a call? Are you kidding me? His mother died and he's at work? This makes no sense. I will never use them again nor would I recommend their services to any realtor, especially if you are needing inspections.

The most honest and dependable AC company out there. My system seems to go out in the middle of the night, i call and they are out quickly. The technicians are professional, clean and courteous. They treat their employees well and it shows.
Always a fair price and they know what they are doing. Highly recommended!
