I have called twice and they have been to my house in about 30 minutes. The employees are energetic, thorough, detail oriented, and very informative. This experience has been so much better then any other company I have dealt with in the past. I used to dread calling out service techs, but this company has changed that. The price was a lot more reasonable then we have previously expected!

I love that before they come to the house I get a text message with a picture and details about the technician. Dustin just did my fall maintenance, he explained everything he was checking and doing.

Courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy, responsive to questions, quick installation, fairly priced, always answered the phone ...quite a long list. The heat pump and ventilation unit work well, of course it will take a while to accurately evaluate the system.

Just had our first semiannual checkup/maintenance. Very thorough. Cleaned the unit inside and out. Found a minor problem and ordered parts to fix it. Extremely happy we found these guys.

You want to use the BEST in the OKC, look no further than Home Comfort Solutions! I had them due a tune up on my unit, and Dustin was the BEST!!!! Took photos of the BEFORE & AFTER pics of how dirty the unit was and he did an AMAZING job!!! Signed up for the Year maintenance plan, and I can tell you my AC worked good before, just did the maintenance because I hadn't in over 5 years. My house is a freaking MEAT LOCKER now!!!!! I literally keep my AC set at 78 to 80 and then lower it a few degrees when I go to bed. AMAZING job and white glove service from start to finish! I do not write many reviews, if any but I just felt I had to for Dustin and the tremendous level of professionalism he showed me! Home Comfort Solutions is the ONLY company i will be using from here on out!!! A++++ SERVICE

Dustin McKinney was the technician that came and fixed my floor furnace. He quickly located the problem and very efficiently repaired the thermostat. Dustin was very professional and explained what him and his helper were doing to resolve our problem. I will definitely use this company again and request Dustin if he’s available. I needed an update HVAC system and had received a few quotes from different companies. The difference I noticed with Home Comfort Solutions that made me choose them was the initial consultation and estimate. Nick Stuart was so informative on the things that could be done and the WHY behind it. He took a thorough look through my many attic entrances, and ducts that ran through them. He really took the time to understand my needs and the needs of the house. He tailored my quote to fit what would work with my home. The response time for install was same day and they scheduled it for just a few days later which was fantastic! Oklahoma had already had two hot and humid days this year, and I could tell that my current AC unit was not going to be able to hold up to the impending summer. Nick, Barron, and their team came out just before 8 and immediately got working on replacing my AC/Furnace, adding a return vent, and updating some duct work. It was an all day event but the team kept me informed and were always working, and ready to answer questions. They are a great team and I appreciate them and Home Comfort Solutions for being so professional, affordable, and efficient with my needs!
