Kyle diagnosed and fixed our small issue with our heat pump quickly, efficiently and completely! He went over the maintenance we can do in detail and tested the entire system before leaving. Professional, courteous and timely. What more can you ask for?

Our furnace was intermittingly working on and off, CARE sent a technician the very net morning to assess issue. Part needed ordered and was installed by Mike, who was great and professional, and he walked me through everything he did, and made sure I was familiar with all the settings on furnace and associated humidifier feature. We have used CARE as well for annual maintenance. Highly recommend.
