Don did an excellent job inspecting and tune-up of the A/C unit. He was very polite and professional in his work. He is a good employee.

Mike Rader came out to get my air conditioner going today! He was so nice, professional and knew exactly what the problem was! Thank you also Paula for providing prompt service for me and for always being so kind on the phone. CARE goes above and beyond in their services!

What a great team! Always on time and very knowledgeable! They seem to pull a rabbit out of the hat every time. Quick and accurate service. No beating around the bush, because they know what they are doing!!!!! Never have been disappointed with their service!!!!

We have been working with Care for a number of years. The service techs who come out are always outstanding. Six years ago we purchased a Lennox system from Care and its performance has been less than stellar. It had a major component failure early on that was not a warranty item. Care did give us a break on that issue. As I write this we are on day three of no A/C because our relatively new system leaked out all of its Freon over the winter. It is going to cost me $400 just to find out where the leak is, plus the cost of fixing the leak. I know Care does not manufacture the units, but they do sell them. We had our last system for about 13 years with minimal problems. I doubt we will have this one that long.

As part of the maintenance plan we have with CARE, we scheduled an appointment to have our Heating System inspected and maintained. Scheduling was quick and efficient and was completed within a week of the initial call. It was my schedule that was the holdup, not theirs. They were prepared to complete service within a day. Our technician, Mike was thorough and comprehensive in his examination and testing and gave several tips and suggestions for future maintenance. He was considerate of the age of our unit and was willing to offer solutions to replacement if needed in the future. As I understand it, CARE will offer a free estimate for any repairs/re[placement and give varied options for such. We will continue to use CARE for our A/C and Heating System needs and look forward to having Mike back out for our A/C System check in a couple months.

Shane did a nice job of explaining things to me while doing the A/C maintenance inspection, and also answered some questions I had about programmable thermostats. I was very pleased with his service!

My air conditioner starting making a weird noise. We called care and they were out in a few days. It was still early in the season and we didn’t call for emergency service just normal. Our tech called when he was 15 minutes out and he was very polite and professional. He inspected and serviced our system. Our system is older but he didn’t try to upsell us on a full replacement he cleaned and inspected everything and told us it will need replacing soon but it wasn’t a pressing concern. Was really worried I was going to have to pay thousands for a new air conditioner and Care got in and out in an hour and charged me less than $100 and gave me peace of mind.

Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I can tell he had my best interests in mind and worked hard to ensure my needs were met.
CARE continues to show they are ready to provide value in the long term versus worrying about short term grifts and gains.

Kelly was great and very helpful. I am very happy that I chose CARE to service my AC. Response time was the next day and Kelly fixed my unit quickly.

Shopped around for a new A/C and furnace last spring. In the end, I went with CARE. Their rep went through all my options and suggested what he thought was the best options for my home. In the end I got basically the same level system as the others, minus some bells and whistles that I didn't need. And in the end I literally saved $4500. No trying to talk me into or out of anything. Since then I had a system service performed. They were on time, finished quickly. Very satisfied.
