Daniel was a referral from a friend and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. They installed a new furnace for me. Justin and Beau, his installation team, were very professional, cleaned up at the end of the job, and had great attitudes towards their work. The overall project price was less that I expected so that was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if the need arose. They exceeded my expectations with both the overall product and their installation.

I consider myself lucky to have had the services of this company. They installed a brand new AC unit and thermostat in one of my investment homes in Columbus. Daniel took care of my installation as if it were his own home. He made incredible recommendations to help keep my AC unit secure due to the area that my property was located. Not only is this company and Daniel pure professionals in every sense of the word, his crew of workers were very polite and respectful. Daniel gave me his personal cell to make sure everything would be in tip top shape with my new unit before we sold the house to it’s new owner. To give you an example of the level of customer service you can expect, our contractor had accidentally shut off our AC unit and we had no idea how to turn it back on. We were to put the house on the market the very next day. Even though the company was booked solid for weeks, Daniel personally came out to fix the issue. The Heating and Cooling Doctors is a MUST for all your heating and cooling needs. They have truly set industry bar.

I had an issue with my furnace recently. Decided to give the heating and cooling doctors a call since they helped me months prior with my air conditioner. I called in the late afternoon/early evening and Daniel was so accommodating he had a technician come out early the next morning. Both Daniel and his staff were incredibly pleasant to deal with. They took their time to explain the issue and remedy the problem. This is the second time I've used them and I'd happily do business with them again. A great friendly service focused local business I'm happy to support and so will you.

We had our a/c go out during the hottest weeks of the summer. After calling around some places, Daniel was able to squeeze us in while other companies told us it was going to be a two week wait. Daniel and his guys were able to come out within the next day and let us know what our issue was. We ended up having to get a new unit and Daniel walked us through step by step answering any questions and thoroughly explaining everything. We felt no pressure to buy the most expensive unit and he helped us find the one that was right for us.
Now a few months later our furnace went out. Daniel was quick to answer my text and got us right on the schedule. He sent over potential options and offered advice for selecting the right fit! They were able to get us scheduled within a day.

We have a tankless water heater. Field mice got into it & chewed the wiring causing a shortage in the main board. Another company gave a min starting quote of $1,800 for repair and no guarantee of maximum.
That same company quoted $5K min. for a new unit which didn't include labor.
Daniel and his team installed a brand new unit, corrected an error with the intake & exhaust pipes caused by the original HVAC installer, and Daniel also created covers for the pipes to prevent mice from getting in again. All of this was done for $2,800.00. They were responsive, professional and it was a huge relief not having a surprise with the quote & final price.

Heating and cooling doctors have been great to work with! We used them to install and entire ductless mini-split system in our garage. They have been back a few times to help and each time they are professional, super helpful, and full resolved the issue at hand. Cannot recommend them more.

The owner Daniel came for a service call to change my A/C compressor and while putting everything back together, he popped a fuse and ruined my Nest E Learning thermostat. He never admitted his wrongdoing but insisted there was something wrong with circuit board which was to cost me over $150 in parts alone. He stated he would follow up on ordering the parts but never called me back.
Weather was in the high 80s-90+degrees that week my AC was not functioning so I contacted another company Service Air Technology and within 5 minutes of arrival, the rep concluded my circuit board was functioning as it should and the issue was just a $3 fuse that was popped. They stated the wiring was installed incorrectly but they corrected it and installed a basic thermostat and I never took having AC for granted after that.
I contacted Daniel again to update him on the issue as to get compensated for the other service call or the cost for my Nest thermostat, he again refused to admit any wrongdoing and was unwilling to compensate for anything.
So now I'm out a few hundred bucks between the call for the other tech along with my Nest thermostat. Daniel seem like a good guy but not very competent.
