Bob was absolutely wonderful! Easy to talk to, extremely friendly, and very professional. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the exact part on hand needed to repair and replace. We went from no air all weekend to cool air within 10 minutes of him showing up!

He was willing to talk to me about what he was doing, and explain anything I didn't understand!

We have used Bob several times since moving to Columbus. He has always shown up on time, been truthful, and provided great service. He doesn't mind me looking over his should and he always is willing to explain what he is doing. He is the only person I will go to anymore after using the competition in a pinch several times.

The first time we used bob is when our heater stopped working in 2017. He came over walked me through the repair and showed me how to go about fixing it (broken limiter switch).

The second time was about 1.5 years later we decided the time was right to replace our 20 year old system. Bob showed up on time, gave us a better quote than the competition and had the system installed in a day.

The third time we used Bob was in our new house that had a 15+ year old furnace. Came home from work to a 60 degree house. Found our furnace had stopped working. Couldn't get a hold of Bob that late at night so called one of the 24/7 companies. They came over and were more concerned with getting us to sign up for their service plan and said we needed a new fan, but they would have to check all these other parts and we are better off getting a new furnace installed. Bob called me back later that night so I had him come the next day. Turns out the circuit board was bad and he had it replaced and the heat on that day. Wasn't interested in selling a new furnace just getting ours to work.

Will definitely recommend Bob to anyone and once our aging furnace starts to go will be giving him a call to install our new system.

He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and was completely comfortable with me looking over his shoulder to see how this repair was done! I called Bob at Guardian based upon a Next Door recommendation. I thought for sure we needed to replace our unit. Its from 1998 and we had just had Freon added a few weeks ago and yesterday it stopped running. Bob was adamant that he didn't like to replace a unit that did not need to be replaced, but that he would do what we wanted. On a summer day, he was out in a few hours, and replaced a capacitor and we are back up and running, saving us $$$$!! Thank you! We will call again.

Bob cost us more time and money than being truthful.. not to mention being a smarta... would not recommend him to anyone.
