I called on a Saturday morning, and within 2 hours the owner was at my house, and quickly got my furnace back up and running. He was patient, and explained the process, replaced a universal part with a factory approved part (i.e. - better quality than what I had!), and even went so far as to double check the rest of the system which ended up him showing me how to use my humidistat. Price was reasonable, especially considering the weekend service call.

I highly recommend PDR, and have done so to my friends.

If anyone is in need of a heating and cooling guy PDR comfort systems is who you should call. My Mom's furnace broke on Friday and she called one of those commercial company's and got a quote. The soonest they could help her would have been Monday. So that would have meant she would have been in a freezing cold house for four days. I called Phil at PDR and he came out first thing in the morning and charged my mom almost half the price the other company wanted to charge. I don't know if they were trying to take advantage of a senior citizens or if they are always extremely overpriced. All i know is Phil did an amazing job and didn't kill our pockets. Thank you so much PDR.

Absolutely wonderful customer oriented company! Phil has come to my house twice now and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He’s a honest, reliable and very kind person.

Called Friday for a non-emergency service call. PDR came out Wednesday for a clogged kitchen sink and replace gas shut off valve. Both issues were fixed in an hour! Speedy, efficient, good price, friendly service, and local. Will use again!

Clean up was good, I ended up doing a little more detail cleaning

Paul was at my house 12 minutes after I called, and offered not to charge me for loosening a stuck valve (I have him $20 for the trip at least). Quick, honest, and smart is everything you can ask for in a plumber!

Emailed PDR at 11 at night to see about service the next day. Got a response at 11:21 pm. Showed up on time, fixed the issue in a half hour, and even fixed my storm door hinge as he walked out. Quick service, friendly, cost efficient. I highly recommend!

Had a water pipe burst last night at 9:00 PM. Phil was there in 30 minutes. Polite, quick, meticulous and reasonably priced. That's how you earn business long term!

The owner did not answer the phone by identifying himself or the business, so i was not sure if I had the right number. Other than that, this guy was aces. On the coldest night of the year, I got home to no furnace operation. My furnace guy wasnt available, so I hit the net for someone close. He had good reviews, so I called. He was there in less than one hour, had it diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, and had parts on the truck to fix it right away. the service level was way above average. If you dont have a furnace guy already, I would definitely recommend this company.

Yesterday Phil Steinberg came to my home in Twinsburg for a service call. At this time, we were told that nothing could be determined as to what was causing the fan of the furnace to run but not heat except that a new furnace would stop this problem from reoccurring. After the problem occurred again overnight, we placed a call with another company. This company immediately inspected the flame sensor needed to be cleaned and pulled. They also found that there was a calcium build up on the igniter as well as a high reading. None of this was even checked by Phil. Hoover Heating and Air Conditioning, clearly knew how to professionally and appropriately solve our problem.
