Phil is our "go-to" guy for all our repairs! From saving us from a no-heat situation when the motor in our furnace went out in the dead of winter, to saving us from a no-water situation when we had corroded water lines that needed replaced and a new faucet installed, he has taken great care of us! Quick response and the 24-hour service is great! We recommend him to everyone! Thanks PDR!

I had furnace issues pop up overnight on Saturday, and called PDR on Sunday. They were out immediately, got me working well enough to hang on over until the part we needed could be ordered, and even figured out why the attached humidifier wasn't working (the installer did it wrong initially).

After all was said and done I got a bill for far less than I expected and everything has been working great ever since. Will definitely be calling the next time work needs to be done.

Just bought my home this summer, and so when the furnace went out this weekend I needed to find a good repair guy and fast. After reading reviews, called Phil at PDR. Phil was prompt and very professional. He did not overcharge or perform work that didn't need done. Would recommend Phil and PDR.

This was my first time calling a plumber since moving away from my parents, so I was fairly nervous. However, Phil was very sweet and understanding. He fixed up the rusted and leaking bathtub faucet very quickly. I also really appreciated that he talked me through the different options on fixing it and gave me time to think about it.

Talk about far exceeding expectations. I cannot imagine a better experience than what Phil at PDR did for us.

Dec 26th our hot water heater brook - Phil arrived in a little over an hour. He arrived before the other 3 places I called had even called back to schedule an appointment. Talk about a quick response!! We needed a new heater and Phil was back the next morning to do the install which was done quickly and professionally.

Jan 24th while it was 7 degrees outside our central heating unit broke - this time Phil was there within less than 30 minutes, fixed the unit and all our worries about freezing to death were immediately resolved!

If you need help don't hesitate to call PDR immediately. I cannot image how I could have received better service in any way and cannot imagine I will ever call anyone else. Literally the best service I think I have ever experience anyway, any time.

My furnace and A/C are about 12 years old. My family’s safety as well as free flowing water are a concern during extremely cold spells ever since one of our water lines burst during an extremely cold night a few years back. I read the reviews on Google never had met Phil, but called him after receiving a consultation from the other HVAC folks as seen on the sticker from when I bought this house.

Phil arrived at my home knowing that a new furnace & A/C were an option up for discussion if necessary. After introducing himself the first question he asked was for directions to my furnace. After doing a full inspection complete with diagnostics he informed me the status of my furnace. Phil assured me the noise I was hearing was NOT due to a loose bearing, but just a slight nuisance from a 12 year old furnace. P.D.R. recommended change my filter every few months and call them back in a couple years for the purpose of routine maintenance and a reassessment of the HVAC system.

Oh yeah...the OTHER HVAC folks as seen on the sticker from when I bought the house: During their pitch for a brand new $12,000 Furnace/AC they refused to apprise me the type/condition/efficiency of my existing furnace they had maintained the last few years. When inquired they said that they "forgot, but wrote the information down somewhere".

Needless to say there is not a need for a new furnace anytime soon. Lesson learned...Call P.D.R first!

Was here within an hour and had the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. explained everything very thoroughly. Had the part and was operating in less than an hour. very professional, knowledgeable. price was excellent compared to a previous service call from another big name service company and he actually fixed my problem. thanks will do business again in the future.....update. 3/15/17 had an additional issue about week after his first service. here again very quick and got me going again even after having to run for a part. incredible service. will recommend to everybody.

My blower motor gave up the ghost at the end of January. I called Phil based on the amount and rating of reviews here. He showed up at the time he stated and swapped out the motor in 3 hours at a very reasonable price. It was pretty much how much I figured it would cost.
I definitely recommend PDR.
