They installed my furnace about 10 years ago, They would not honor a $20.00 service call coupon for a Maintenance service call. The tech took my old mercury thermostat , said it was illegal, it is still Legally allowed by law, in other words,he stole it. I used another HVAC contractor, and found out By Lennox Furnace Co., they have a 10 year free extended Service Warranty, This Co. was to call in,and register it for me, as Lennox told me, this Contractor did not do so, So... i lost out on a Free 10 year warranty, and the lady taking the appointment calls is not very Friendly.
So I called in wanting to get a bit of information on a replacement system, and honestly the person was just rude. I understand everyone has there moments, but to hang up on someone in the middle of them speaking is incredibly unprofessional. If you are going to use this company, be weary of the customer service, it seems like this has been an issue for this company more than once.

In 2018 I bought a Furnace from WeatherKing for a rental until. When I called this week to get it serviced the person I spoke with seemed irritated I even called and then lied saying there was no warranty on parts bc I bought furnace in 2015 (I didn’t even on the property in 2015) I was able to find my paperwork that showed it was purchased in 2018 but could not get a callback from WeatherKing. I tried multiple times.
Thankfully I found a more reputable vendor to service the furnace (though I won’t get parts warranty from Weather King) today from the other vendor I learned they way oversold me on size of furnace for size of that unit— which is not good for the life of furnace for many reasons and will cost me more in long run. Add that to many reasons not to use Weather King!!!
These guys are awesome. Their options are nice, the service was professional and they were very easy to talk to. They do not bloat fees either. Some of the newer techs at first struggled with some of my old wiring in my house, and there were no extra charges for the longer hours! The installation was very clean too. Thanks guys
We couldn’t be more pleased with Weatherking. Furnace died Fri night. I called Saturday morning, and within 45 mins they had someone out to take a look. On Monday they installed a new furnace for us. We have used them for annual maintenance for many years and they were always honest and great to work with, but with the temperatures plummeting and everyone home working remotely, we especially appreciated their quick response time this time!
Back in June, we were connected to Weatherking through the Costco Lenox program. Great experience start to finish. Our furnace and AC quit at the same time. Raj was out the next day and two days later his team was on site installing the new equipment. They finished 5 hours later, cleaned up the entire work area and gave us a tutorial re: using the new thermostat and unit. Been 6 months and absolutely no issues. Pricing was considerably less than the three other quotes we received. Very satisfied.
