I called Costco for their HVAC company to give us a quote. They connected us to this company weather King. I called Costco on 5/3 and Weather King called us on 5/3. The lady was very nice on the phone and questioned if our heat and cooling were still working. I informed her that my A/C is currently not working. She then proceeded to say she could have someone out next Friday between 12 and 2. I sat home all day waiting for them today on 5/10. No call no show. I called Weather King to inform them. They stated that had me down for 5/17. Which was not what was initially said to me on the phone. Because why would I have agreed to wait 2 weeks for a quote with a broken unit and I am not even in town that day. I told the lady this on the phone she put me on hold. She then Proceeded to tell me well they are coming next week. I told her just to cancel and that I was calling Costco to complain because this company should not be allowed to advertise through them. And I told her I was going to write up a Google review. She told me that I wasn’t being fair to them since they are coming next week. And told me that I am crazy for doing so. Clearly, after this interaction I do not want them in my home. How unprofessional!

We had Weather King install a new furnace and air conditioner in 2010. These units have been nothing but a money pit ever since. The air conditioning goes out at least once per summer. Last summer we had a service person from Weather King come out and told us the condenser was bad on the unit. It was going to take 48 hours to get the part and repair. I explained that my mother was coming that evening and could not handle the 90 degree heat. Suddenly, he said, "let me try something." He cleaned the coils and the unit was functioning. That was one year ago. Had I not complained he would have charged me over $1000 for a repair I didn't need. We are now dealing with their terrible customer service again and this will be the last time. Buyer beware!!!!

WeatherKing was quick and professional. My heater went out on a very cold day and the technician (Mark) came and quickly fixed the issue and was very patient when dealing with my home warranty company. Overall great experience and would use them again.

I got the quote from Weatherking through Costco. Patrick,Jon and Baley came to install Lennox ac and furnace. They arrive at 8:30 am on time and started working immediately. My house has lot of duct work and they took only 2.5 days to complete the installation and duct work. It was bad rainning day and they kept the house clean. I am very satisfied with their fine touch and neat duct work. The variable speed furnace is running quietly. I highly recommend the installation from weather king.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed back in 2014, great price for everything from start to finish; but...since then. We've had a problem with a leak from one of their PVC pipes that was installed above our ceiling. I called this into their team and someone came out to determine that one of their technicians had forgotten to seal the PVC pipes!! When I asked them who will fix the damage in our ceiling from the leakage; their response was; call home insurance! Last but not least, we learned over the years of the duct work they did in our basement; was cheap and would never pass inspection; now we have found another company that has to clean all the mishaps of poor workmanship and heating and cooling bills that could have been much less over the last 3 years! Stay away and shop around before you commit a contract to these people!!

Was told we needed to replace our A/C unit and that would set us back about $4,000. This was after spending close to $500 to try to "fix" the problem by adding freon. Had a second opinion. Second guy goes outside, inspects the unit and replaces a few wires that were fried. We are up and running without replacement of a whole system. Not to mention the wires being fried were from them the year before when they came out to service and clean the system. The integrity of this company has gone out the window with me. I will never use them again and neither should anyone reading this.

Our heat cut out the day before Thanksgiving, and they came at night and fixed it on time for us to enjoy a warm Thanksgiving. We really appreciate their help. Best service ever!
