Matt fixed an issue at no cost today. Jackson has always been great to work with! They designed and installed a great mini split system and also replaced a water treatment system with a much better one. Highly recommended for their expertise and professionalism.

Thanks again for another great job! Jim was on time and completely thorough. Although it took awhile to figure out our air conditioning issue, Jim was patient and figured it out, ordered a new part, and explained everything very well. Thank Jim. We are always pleased with the work Jackson Comfort does at our old, but so loved, home.

Great service and on time. Josh came out with another gentleman who appeared to be in training and both were extremely professional, answered all of my questions and even showed me the parts I needed to fix another problem. I asked about an air cleaner and he recommended some options for me that I wasn’t aware of. Good bunch of guys and I would definitely recommend them.

Our tech went through several possible causes of the AC problem and confirmed the issue before beginning repairs. He walked me through using the new equipment and the app. I appreciate the thorough effort. The home office made the appointment, and also called to offer a tech was available before our appointed time slot. Polite, patient and professional.

John Levy came right out to investigate a pipe that was leaking. He quickly found the issue and fixed the leak on the spot! He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what had likely happened with my wet basement. He was also kind, courteous, clean and timely. I will be setting up some additional maintenance with him in the future. Thank you!

Luke Conlon also came out today to do maintenance on the furnace and humidifier. He was great. His explanations were clear, he was able to do the work efficiently and was a pleasure to have working at the house. Thank you!!

Step by step he never stop informing me of what was going on educated me and listened. I wish I would have called Jackson sooner All of my heating and cooling will be from Jackson Comfort. Came Early, stayed late got a 2 day job done in 1 day. Great guys &very knowledgeable. Went over everything very thoroughly. Asked if we had questions. Highly recommend them.

Very helpful. Unfortunately, figured out a separate issue that they couldn’t fix as it was the management company’s responsibility.. but they didn’t overcharge us and Matt was not only helpful in any way he could be but professional as well. Since they couldn’t fix the new (or entire) issue they simply only charged us their base service fee. Thanks again Matt and Jackson Comfort. Hope I don’t need you again any time soon!

After we moved into our new house, our AC stopped working and I got a quote from a local competitor. The quote ended up being thousands more than I had expected and didn’t seem right. Jake worked our 2 water heater tanks that starting leaking. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job on installation. happy with how quickly they responded and with the final product.
