Jackson Heating and Cooling is very professional when dealing with them. Grover came out to work on the maintenance of my AC unit. He explained everything he was doing. I recommend them for any HVAC work that you need.

We have had Brandon with Jackson Comfort out to do several projects at our home, including both exterior spigots and an entire shower system install. He is punctual, professional, efficient, friendly, and VERY good with pets - especially our curious pup! I am confident that we have an excellent contractor for all of our plumbing needs.

John was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was up front with the problem and took great care in respecting my home during the repairs, going as far as putting boot covers on the dolly wheels. Would highly recommend Jackson for new hot water tanks and other services. John was great!

We use Jackson for all of our heating and plumbing needs. We had two hot water tanks installed and a water softener. It was a great experience and they made sure that everything was perfect before leaving the job. Brandon was working with his team for a few days and all of them could not have been nicer. The prices were very fair and the attention to detail was great.

Mike was punctual to arrive on time as stated when I made appointment.
Mike was courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem with my central air conditioner and the different options I had to get things up and running again.

We've been using your services for over 35 years. They are thorough and give advice on how to keep the furnace and air conditioning running well between visits.
Max Martin was on time and explained what he was doing. The maintenance was done in good time. He also suggested an additive for the drip pipe to prevent mineral buildup and corrosion of the catch pan which we appreciated.
One more thing. When we purchased our furnace and more recently, a replacement air conditioner they brought flowers in Jackson coffee mugs ,mugs that are used on a daily basis. Nice touch!
