    Have had Rick replace my furnace and water heater recently. Both projects went smoothly without any inconveniences to my family. Very responsive to questions and very professional when working on the projects.

    Our furnace began kicking off and on, only blowing cold air late last Wednesday night. We shut it off and left a voicemail for Rick around 6am. Rick came that very day, quickly addressing the issue along with friendly education about the use and care of our furnace. We had heat again for our family by early afternoon on Thursday. Praise the Lord, Rick was an answer to prayer! We'll be using Rick's Affordable Heating and Cooling exclusively moving forward. Thanks Rick!

    My air conditioner was making a horrible banging noise, like a washer that was out of balance. Rick was at my house within an hour of my call. He took a look and thought he figured out the problem (a bad motor), but got a little further in and found that the filter was wrapped around the motor. He was in and out in 15 minutes and saved us a costly repair. We would definitely call Rick again.

    Tried to pull a fast one. After having an inspection done via a home warranty, the office manager called me and stated the home warranty company did not cover the part and they could replace it for $400. I spoke to the home warranty company, they never even received any paperwork from this company and in fact stated that they would cover that claim. I called Melissa back at RAH and she gave me some mumbo-jumbo about "well, the parts are free, but the $400 was for disposal and labor." Another lie. The home warranty covers the labor and the parts were metal and could go to the scrap yard. The only pleasant part of dealing with this company was the owner Rick. He seemed like a good guy.

    Rick's Affordable diagnosed and repaired my furnace in 15 minutes. Price was great and Rick is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would and will recommend him to anybody.

    This company made an appointment to come out to fix our furnace between 10am and noon. I stayed home from work in order to be there. They did not show. I called the office and was told they would page the technician and have him call right away. I received no return call in the next half hour so I called again and explained that I would go into work the remainder of the day if no one was coming. I was again assured the technician would call me immediately. I waited another half hour with no call and left for work. I called to let them no we would no longer need their services. This company is disprespectful, was unapologetic, and is not worth risking a complete waste of your time.

    Rick is quite possibly the nicest repairman you will ever let in your house. He was on time and very cordial. I would highly recommend him for all your heating and cooling needs!!

    Bought a Groupon for a furnace inspection and tune up. When the technician arrived he spent about 5 minuets looking at things. Said he needed to come back to get the job done. We scheduled him to come back in 2 day. He did not show up. I called and asked to reschedule the appointment. No one returned my phone call.

    Then a few days later my furnace started making very loud noises. We called again to ask for help. They recommended that we call someone else (even though we had a Groupon so therefore had basically already paid them). When we had another company come out to investigate the loud noises in the furnace it turned out to be the blower just needing some oil... something I am sure a furnace inspection and tune up would have covered.

    If they had good customer service and completed the job that I had paid for it would have saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money.
