Rick's Affordable Heating and Cooling

My friend referred to me Rick’s affordable heating and cooling and I’m so glad he was! Rick did an outstanding job getting things up and running, while being fast and efficient! Rick went above and beyond by giving me some great advice for my unit, and answered all my questions and concerns. He was friendly and helpful in doing so. His prices were affordable, even while during the Holiday! We will definitely be going to him for all our ac and heating issues moving forward and encourage you all too do so as well!

Rick came out and assessed our problem the same day. He gave expert advice and was concerned about what worked for us. Rick offered a competitive price and confirmed the work was done to our satisfaction in person. He always responded to my calls and texts and was pleasant and professional. I wish rick did more than just heating and air!

Great place with really good prices, my furnace went out so i put a service request at around 9pm, got a call at 10pm that same night and had heat on by 11pm, really amazing experience, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, gave very helpful tips on furnace maintenance, 10/10 would recommend to anyone in help with their heating

Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful, under not so ideal circumstances. Filed a claim with my home warranty company due to furnace not firing and gas odor. Rick inspected and informed us that furnace would need replaced and promptly worked with my warranty company to expedite this process. Having 4 kids, having no heat for an extended period of time, in late fall would not have been ideal. Warranty company approved a new furnace install and project was complete within a week of unit being ordered and received. Install was quick and easy. Will definitely being using Rick for regular check ups.

I was recently referred to Rick's Affordable Heating due to great service and I must say i was impressed!!! I called to make appointment and the lady that answered was very nice and I had some questions for Rick and he called me back right away and answered everything. He was able to come over same day and he figured out my furnace issue right away. He took time to educate me on the furnace and showed me around it. Price wise was also great! He really knows what hes doing. I plan on using him again in the future for any issues and for maintenance. Thanks Rick!

Bad start but a great end to the day! I woke up and realized my air wasn’t working. I called Rick first thing and he said he could be out this afternoon. We all have busy schedules so I really appreciated the communication from Rick. He showed up early and was friendly and professional. Fortunately I didn’t have anything major wrong. Rick gave me some helpful tips and fixed the issue quickly. This was my first experience with this company and I will definitely call Rick again if I have other issues. Thank you Rick for saving my day! :-)

We have relied on Rick and his company for a few years now for our heating and air conditioning needs. Always pleased with their quick response time, no matter the issue big or small. Impressed by their courteous, respectful, honest, friendly and above all professional service. They are very knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend for repairs and installation of new systems!

I called Rick because our furnace was having issues staying on consistently. The next day was supposed to be the first day of snow so I wanted to make sure our furnace was working reliably before the snow came. After calling the answering service Rick got back to me withing 30 minutes. At that time he said he was busy but could get over to my place around 4:00. About 30 minutes later he said that he was actually in the area because of another customer and would stop over right then if I was available (about 1 hr after the original call). When Rick arrived he was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. After discovering the problem (bad control board) he asked if my furnace was under warranty. Due to us buying it from the bank I had no idea or no records. Rick spent the time to call Goodman (furnace company) and do the leg work on the warranty check. He found out the bank never registered the furnace for us so he registered it for us and let us know the detail of how long the warranty was for etc. He fixed the problem within an hour and charge a very reasonable fee. I will never use anyone else but Rick for all of my future HVAC issues.

Rick came on a Saturday and fixed our heating in less than an hour. From call to service was less than 3 hours.

He gave specific and valuable advice not only on our heating but a variety of other problems too.

I can't imagine choosing anyone else.

Rick has done a great job installing both a furnace and AC unit on a couple of my properties. He makes the whole process easy and painless!
