5 Star - highly recommend... Rick solved my AC issue and saved me money for sure. I thought my unit was done and Rick got it right. On time, professional, and definitely knows his HVAC!

Rick was timely, very professional, efficient, reasonably priced. I would recommend him and definitely use his services again. He has my stamp of approval for his services.

Rick's has worked me in for appointment right away! I look forward to seeing the tech tomorrow as temps are dangerously high. Thanks to the lady at Rick's who works a difficult schedule in this hot humid weather!

Rescheduled for today - on time.
They were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. Took care of the furnace issue and went on to check out and take care of a few other issues we were not aware of.

Called 6 days out to schedule a service call. No call, no show.
No call back after talking to the answering service. Finally made contact via text - service tech was sick.

Called them the morning of the blizzard of 2022, they came out that afternoon and got my furnace back to fully heating my home, preventing possible disaster.

Rick is such a blessing, honest hard working polite. Came in fixed my problem with my furnace and i couldn’t be happier. Thank you Rick and your staff for prompt and excellent service.

He responded super quick and came out right away! Very friendly, knowledgeable and affordable! Thank you so much!! I would definitely recommend Rick and would certainly use him again!

Called 2xs and texted. Never heard from him. Very poor service .Glad I found Sparten heating and cooling! They are a great professional competent company!

called on a monday morning for an emergency and had Jason/Rick out within the hour. They had me back up and running quickly. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
