I got a new dishwasher but Best Buy wouldn’t install it because of my pipes. I called Jason and they were out that same day, put in a new pipe then installed the dishwasher. Very pleased with the work and price.

Just an overall positive experience. Jason spent time on his weekend helping me get our old furnace running until we could order a new one, and was ridiculously responsive to get the new unit installed. He was able to find the exact unit we wanted/needed very quickly. Technicians were very knowledgeable, and the installation was an easy process.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Responsive, honest and informative. Repair was made timely and explained each step of the way. This is only compounded due to the first quote stating the repairs would be double the price then what Stanley did it for as well that the other company suggested it being replaced. Nathan (technician from Stanley) determined the system was simply needing a repair and would be good for years to come! Absolutely will use for all future repairs and maintenance.

My whole house is warm now, instead of just 3 rooms!! I am so grateful for Stanley Heating and cooling. Nate was wonderful, and the other installers as well. They did everything so perfectly. Nothing sloppy. I wasn't sure if they would really be able to even out the temperatures in my house and addition. They far exceeded my expectations. Even the bedrooms are more evened out now. I highly recommend them. It's 19 degrees outside, and now I can sit comfortably in our addition family room. It was very affordable, as well.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! Please use them! They will be fair and treat you well and not take advantage of you. They really prioritize service, old school belief (rare these days) that if you are honest and fair it will be good for business.

Jason and his team were excellent. Jason is very response and was able to send his team out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and were able to replace my water heater the same day. My tenant and I are thrilled with the speedy service. I’m an out of state landlord and this was seamless. I will 100% use Stanley in the future.
