Absolutely amazing service! They notified me before they arrived, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and explained everything step by step with pictures as they searched for the issue when my heat was out -- rather than just order a part when they saw something had some damage, they took everything apart to find the cause of the damage and got bare wires wrapped up safely so a new part/second visit isn't even required now! They then went even further above and beyond and cleaned my furnace coil so not only was my heat pump repaired, but they left everything better than they found it -- 10/5 stars and I will be a customer for life!

By far the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Expert quality, repair vs replace advice your can trust. We use them to maintain a number of rental units and our personal home. A real pleasure to work with.

Stanley Heating, Cooling and Plumbing are great to work with. I had them give me a second opinion on my A/C system that is 22 years old because the first company that came out were rude and did not explain the condition of my unit to my satisfaction. It was all about the refrigerant that they said was low and that they couldn't help me with. The reps from Stanley showed me pictures of the deteriated parts and showed me in detail the cause of the loss of function of my A/C unit. They gave me my options to repair versus replacement. I chose to replace and was given a great deal (thousands less than the previous company quoted) I can't say enough about the courtesy and respect that I was shown by the Stanley reps. I would recommend them highly.

We have an old house and only need gaslines to the water heater and furnace. Since we don't use gas for cooking, we decided to have the gasline to the kitchen capped. Sam was friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the work. We will use them again.

We had Garner out to diagnose a problem we were having with our heater. First, we really appreciated the communication regarding his appointment and estimated arrival time via Stanley’s office.
