I was in dire need of service and only Stanley was able to have someone come the same day. Denise should get high praises for her ability to satisfy customers. The technicians are well trained and know their craft, will give great advice and are very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Different issue same service and as I stated before this is THE company to call for your HVAC and plumbing needs. The staff is the greatest I've encountered in a very long time.

The guys quickly diagnosed the issue, and were very knowledgeable about all of my options. I appreciated their explanations, and they went out of their way to find a part for me that wasn’t found at the big box stores. Very satisfied!

Going on 2 years after new HVAC installed and semi annual maintenance completed. Great job by Garner and very informative about what he did.

My AC went out the evening on the hottest day August 11, 2021. Jason was good about taking my after hours call and had Sam out the next day. After careful review and consideration of options given decided to replace my 50 year old furnace and 25+ AC with new Rheem system. Happily it was completed on Friday to be comfortable once again. So far seems very reliable and efficient. The install team was very professional and complete including removal of all old equipment. These high dollar decisions are never easy but this one made sense. Thank you!

Called for emergency service on a below zero degree day. They were able to be here within the hour. Diagnosed the problem right away and we're very courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to call them again for future service. Highly recommend!

Jason Poorman was very courteous, personable, & knowledgeable about my heating system. He informed me about a new Air Cleaner that was better than an UV light, & could be installed on my furnace. I appreciated the information, since I have Asthma He confirmed that my filter was installed correctly, & suggested where I could get a better quality filter @ Dayton Reliable Air Filter Co. Jason inspected my furnace & cleaned it thoroughly. He said everything was working well, & I was so grateful that I would have good Heat this winter .

Garner, the technician, is an absolute pleasure to work with. He notified me when he was on the way. It was prompt and even early to the appointment. He not only did the required maintenance but he also pointed out things that would improve the efficiency of my heating system. I believe that I’m getting far more than my money’s worth for the the level of of quality with Stanley.

Called on a Sunday for a water heater leak and our tech was there within the hour. Explained everything and was very professional and courteous.
