Stanley Heating Cooling and Plumbing

The work was expensive, but completed to my satisfaction. However, I was not informed of the 85$ service charge when I was given a quote prior to approving the work to be done. It was added to the invoice after the work was completed.

I highly recommend Stanley Heating and Cooling. Jason and Sam are professional plumbers and HVAC technicians. They were respectful of our property, even wore shoe coverings when inside the residence. They took time to review their work and answer our questions. They keep the work areas clean and used professional tools. The guys are clean cut, their uniforms were clean and neat. The company vehicles are in like new condition.

Communicated effectively via email and text before the visit, informed when tech was en route, and was very professional during the visit. Company immediately followed up after visit to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
