Michael Walker has done my service off and on for years. He is very knowelegable and thorough, does quality work and take time to address questions. Besides that he has a very likeable personality, he is an asset to Cullins.

Great experience with Kyle and entire team at Cullings. We had a mini split unit upstairs in our cape cod that went out. The tech came promptly and diagnosed the issue. We ended up need a new unit. Kyle was thorough and no pressure sales. He was able to give us multiple options for our new unit. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase. It's now obvious our old unit was way too small. We had to supplement a second room with a space heated in the past, we now have a fully heated upstairs with the mini split only. Installation was thorough and staff stayed late during an all day rain storm to get the unit installed. Not a drop of mud or dirt in the house after they left. Would highly recommend.

Their technician, Jean, was on time, efficient & polite. He did a fine job this year & last. I look forward to seeing him again next year.

Patrice was great! Friendly, super nice, knowledgeable and professional. I have a dog who tends to be a bit protective, by the end of the visit she had a new friend. In addition, Patrice identified a potential issue that needs another opinion - Cullins is sending someone out today, that's great, I don't have to wait a day or two. Jean did a great job. He was very confident and knowledgeable in his judgement and evaluation of the AC mechanics, and also very skillful in the installation and testing of the replacement parts. Very professional.

The service was scheduled for a certain time and I was notified that the technician was on the way. The technician was on time, courteous and professional. The technician went about his business and performed a thorough check up inside and outside on my A/C unit. Once completed, the technician carefully reviewed the results of the check up with me.
