Don't other with them. They don't know their own business model. They lie and are unprofessional.
Scheduled a service with them, with 3 minutes left before the window closed for them to show up I call. At that point I get told that they don't service my area let a long do the service I scheduled. Further, they told me that they noticed the mistake the night before and were supposed to call but no one called.
They put their sticker with contact information on my generator control, probably when servicing the HVAC system for the previous owner of my house. My power went out and my generator ran for a while then shut down. I noticed it was leaking oil. I called the number on the generator control panel in my basement. They answer, I told them my generator was leaking oil. They scheduled me a service told me it would be $99.99 for the service call plus whatever work needed to be done to it. And even said tech would be out next day between 11 and 2.
At 1:57PM I call to see why I haven't been called to see how delayed they were, only to be told they don't service generators, and they knew the night before the mistake was made and someone was supposed to call me but no one could call. So they put their stickers on appliances they don't service, schedule you for service for an appliance the don't service, and then can't even call you like a professional organization when you've been waiting all day to admit their mistake until you hunt them down.
I'm not sure how well they work on HVACs but the lack of professionalism shown in how they handled things from putting their sticker where it didn't belong, to accepting the job, to then failing to communicate their mistake. Don't bother wasting your time.

Our first experience with Cullins was great! Rob was determined to get our cooling system back on line on one of the hottest days of the year. A storm brewed up in the middle of his service and he just moved into our garage to keep working (the garage was hotter than outside). Our unit did not cooperate and he needed to go back to the shop to get another part. He got us back up and running the same day. Rob could not have been more pleasant and was very informative about our problem and the steps he was taking to fix it. We are happy customers and will be taking future work to Cullins. We highly recommend!
Follow up review: After a successful repair project with Cullins we took our own advice from the above review and decided to have them replace our 20 year old system with a new Amana HVAC system. Kyle and the whole team were great throughout the whole project. We were very well informed of all the options and the process, and were educated well enough to make a confident decision about our new system. The install team was extremely professional and CLEAN. The yard was very muddy both days during our installation and with as much in and out of doors that was necessary, there was not a trace of mud or anything else in the house during or after the installation. We had a good amount of ductwork that needed to be modified. The finished product was excellent. We are enjoying the comfort of our new system. Just take my word and call Cullins for repairs, replacements and regular service. You will not be disappointed.

Kyle was the best! He came out to discuss a new system purchase but after looking at my current unit starting asking me what exactly happened to make it go out. (I had 3 other companies tell me i needed a whole new AC unit and furance, without even doing a through diagnosis) After I explained to him that it was working and then we noticed about 2 hours later that the house was not staying cold. He said he bet that the capacitor was not working which in turn supports the function of the compressor. He said it was a very common occurrence and one that alot of HVAC companies overlook and just tell customers they need a new ac unit. He said before I do the same and try and sell u a new unit, I want to check it out. He did and sure enough it was bad. He called a tech to come out asap the same day. And as soon as it was replaced the ac was working again! They explained very throughly how ac works and how each part works...I can't express how grateful I am to Kyle, Cory (the tech)and the whole Cullins Hvac company! ๐When I say they are truly a great, honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and reliable HVAC company, I mean it 100 %! They send texts letting u know who is coming with a pic! Kyle even called the next day to make sure my AC was still working properly... THEY saved me Between 10k and $11,500! Cullins 1 hr HVAC u have a customer for life! I signed up for their Gold member Club! THANK U SOO MUCH!๐

The initial situation is explained in my first review below. Jean was sent out about two weeks ago and told me that some error codes came up and said he would report that. Jeff Cullins called me personally which I really appreciated. Told me he was sending Alya that was one of the two gentlemen that installed the system. He explained that Alya was very knowledgeable about this type of concern and wanted to send him out to make sure everything was operating correctly. Alya was very professional like he has always been the time he has come here and represents Cullins very well. He thoroughly explained what he found which he corrected what he believes may be causing the communication problem between the Air Exchanger and Heat Pump. All I know is that I really appreciate Alya and Jeff for taking care of the situation.
I was having a problem with the continuous fan running at a high speed all of a sudden the day after Mike came in and downloaded and Update. I called and Jean came out. As far as I know he did a good job. The fan is quiet now the way it should be. I am very disappointed that there was a $39 diagnostic Fee for a system that was just installed last April. Something went wrong because of the update in my opinion and there should be no charge. Now I'm wondering if I made a mistake buying an Amana system. It is the lowest rated system. I wish I would have gotten a few other companies in to give me an estimate last spring when I was buying one. I have been using Cullins for years and have always trusted them but now I'm wondering.

We called at 10;00 pm Friday, May 25th, Noah from Cullins was at our house at 8:00 am the next morning. He was very thorough, explained and repaired our system in a competent and professional manner and was done before 10;00 am this morning. Cullins delivers quality service in a professional manner!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! You cannot go wrong when you call them!!
