Cullins One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

It took 2 technicians to find the problem to why my heat wasn’t working. They were hear on time and was here within an hour and a half of me calling. I have a 1 year old and a 4 month old, so getting this fixed quickly was so important. It ended up being something that was stuck due to high winds yesterday. They were professional and courteous and even though it took 2 different techs, they still only charged me the diagnostic fee. Many other companies would have taken advantage of this mamma in need. Highly highly recommend.

Use this company if you run into AC issues. My AC went out on July 3rd and I could not contact any of my local companies to come service my AC unit. I called Cullins and Bob got me scheduled for the morning of July 5th with no issues. Mike was able to diagnose and solve my problem within 20 minutes. Great job Cullins on having great customer service and coming through when other companies wouldn't even take my call! Not sure why google reviews are still showing 4.9 stars. This company is worthy of a 5 star rating.

I was having problems with my furnace turning off before it had reached the set temperature. I called this morning, made an appointment with Bob and Mike came when he said he would. He did great work, took care of the furnace and explained what he did. I have complete peace of mind and will only use Cullins in the future.

Great service. Thermostat went out New Years. Rob was there within an hour of my call. Rob B great tech. Knows what he is doing and is there to answer all questions. Got me up and heated until replacement could be installed on 1-3. Came back and all is good. Wouldn't use any one else for all my heating and A/C needs.

I was extremely satisfied with the sales and installation process. However, my rating is based on what happened a year later when I encountered a costly problem and the furnace was out of warranty. They took responsibility for a minor issue that led to the repair and took care of it without charge. They did not need to do that but it won me over. I know know why everyone I consulted prior to making the purchase told me to go to Cullins!

Our family was very pleased with your “One Hour” service. Within 30 minutes, we were being served. The problem was fairly simple and did not require additional or replacement parts. The serviceman was very informative and explained what needed to be done completely.

Cullins did an outstanding job of taking care of my issue the very next day when all other Heating and Air companies were telling me at least three days before they could help.
Mike Walker is an outstanding technician who will take the time to explain what is going on with your HVAC system with no pressure to buy something.
I generally don't give out 5 stars but this was well deserved!! If your looking for a company to work on your Heating and Air give them a call!

Our home is under contract. We noticed condensation on the furnace.
Alyi inspected the system, checked the differential and the system was in fine operating condition. Alyi explained not to run the AC while the system is running as it will run extra hard to dehumidify the air from outside and cause the system to Sweat. Alyi was very patient and explained everything he was testing as he went. Would highly recommend!

We noticed this at 5:00pm the day before our inspection and Was immediately scheduled for 11:00am, 3 hours before our inspection.
