Cullins One Hour was able to help with my furnace maintenance the same day I filled out an online request. They called me promptly and were very courteous on the phone. Service specialist Alya Cotton arrived on time and was the utmost professional—even going out of his way to teach me a thing or two about routine furnace maintenance. Cullins and Alya now have my furnace running like new again just in time for the holidays. I cannot speak highly enough about Alya and his service. Would highly recommend Cullins One Hour!

Alya was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it to make sure we knew how to care for our heating and AC units. We had recently moved to our house and had not been able to l look at the AC outdoors. He cleaned it completely and removed all of the Ivy that had grown in it and around it. Because he did such a great job I will be able to maintain it. Thank you, Alya!

Alya came to do a regular maintenance call today. He did a very good job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even interacted with my 7 month old puppy. She was happy about that. Lol I highly recommend this company. We have been using them for many years.

Alya is very knowledgeable and helpful, was able to repair our heating unit quickly! His work is much appreciated and we will definitely come back to Cullin if we are ever in need.

Called Cullins One Hour Heating and Cooling as fan was circulating cold air rather than warm. Able to get same day appointment. Tech (Jean Descollines) was very thorough and repaired pressure valve switch. Would definitely recommend this company

We purchased our furnace & AC from Cullins - a few years ago. We always use them for maintenance & service. They are safety cautious, professional, honest & do a great job. Jean was our Technician today (and we’ve had him before) & he is great & knowledgeable.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Cullins. Every technician that has stopped by has been professional, informative, and has never tried to talk me into buying anything more. They have also helped me with other things for no extra charge like leveling out the AC unit when it started to sink in the ground and installed our Nest when we bought it. Very helpful and polite and clean company to work with!!!

Michael Walker has come to my home on 3 different occasions in the last 6 years for minor furnace and AC maintenance. He is always super professional and friendly.
