I cannot say enough great things about this company. In 2008, after extensive research, we decided to purchase a new furnace/AC from Cullins One Hour. The owner himself came and spent a great deal of time educating us, but he never tried to sell us anything beyond what we needed or expressed interest in. We joined their club and pay the very modest monthly fee, which gives us 2 annual home visits and system checkups. (If you added up the monthly club fees across the year, it is actually far less than you would pay for having someone come check your system even once a year.)
We have always been so impressed by guys that have come out to our home. They are so respectful and extremely knowledgeable. After moving last year we transferred our service to the new home and they came out right away to inspect the new unit. Rob came out to our home to do some maintenance for us this weekend and the passion he has for his work is incredible. He explained in great detail the way our new system and humidifier worked and gave us tips on the most efficient way to use our equipment. His attitude and exceptional service blew us away. Customer for life!

We pay monthly for the service club, which think is worth every penny and more. Our systems are kept in top shape and on the rare chance we need service beyond the twice a year check up, we get it at a reasonable rate.

Absolutely five stars from the time I made telephone call (spoke to Bob) until the appointed time I requested (06/08/2018) and met with Mike I was pleased with the service I received. Both Bob and Mike were polite, professional yet friendly. Mike diagnosed our situation and quickly went to work on it to get our air conditioning unit working again. My husband and I are truly grateful to our neighbor who referred us and to Mike. We were treated with great respect and consideration and given a fair price for our issue and the service and knowledge provided by Mike was excellent. Michael's been our favorite HVAC guy for several years now. He always does an awesome job. He is very personable and friendly which makes it easy to welcome him into our home. Our dogs even remember him and go crazy when he arrives. I would definitely recommend Michael from One Hour.

A/C went out during night, 7yr old Lennox premium system. Original company merged with a larger HVAC company. Contacted them first - could not schedule me for 3.5 business days, did not consider us as previous customer. Called Cullins, talked with Bob, was able to schedule same day. Great messaging/communications throughout the process. On time arrival. Very cordial and polite; wore mask, booties on shoes when inside; thorough examination of my system; quick diagnosis and repair. Compressor capacitor was bad. Not inexpensive though worth the value to have the A/C functional during humid days. Thank You!

Cullins One Hour has great customer service and takes the time to make sure their customers make informed decisions. I briefly switched to another company for annual maintenance and they said I need a very expensive new part for my 10 year old furnace, and then tried to sell me a new one. I got a second opinion from Cullins, and not only did they come after normal business hours, they said I did not need to replace the part after all. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why, and ensured my complete understanding. I highly recommend them.
