We scheduled a maintenance appointment for the A/C and heating in our newly purchased home. The system is 20 years old. Michael called to let us know when he would be arriving - he was right on time. After completion of the maintenance and inspection he explained a few issues that he discovered and showed us photos of those issues.

Michael was great! Very professional. He diagnosed the issue with my very old furnace and then checked everything. He wanted to make sure that my valve was the only issue. Which I appreciated. I called and they were out the next day with the parts and fixed the furnace.

Alya Cotton resolved issue and worked with me to understand the problem and suggested other resolutions that have worked well. Big shout out to this guy. Thank you.

My AC went out in 90 degree weather and they were here with 90 minutes of my call and fixed it on the spot at 10:30 at night. I am so grateful as I am sure are my two big dogs and cat. We are cool once again especially considering the heat wave that will be with us for a while. Thanks for all involved in restoring everything especially Alya for his prompt response and attention to detail in this matter. He deserves a medal for teaching me on how to care for my HVAC

Alya and Kyle were amazing! They've been out to our house a few times and never charged us for consultations. We are having a hard time heating our new house and they went above and beyond to come up with several solutions to fix it. They even gave us suggestions of fixes we could ourselves. They never pressured us to use their services or products. Their knowledge and experience was impressive. We will definitely use them to fix our duct problems and replace our heating unit.

Have used this place for years. They are always here when scheduled. They are great at helping me sort out what I need for my HVAC and not just trying to sell something. Michael is a great technician!
