Was having trouble with my furnace not blowing warm air. Looked up furnace repair on Google. Came across Bernard heating and cooling. Read the reviews and decided to call. They arrived within a half hour. Check the furnace and changed the ignition switch. It worked.
The next morning I woke to the previous issue. They came back again within a half hour. After checking the entire furnace they determined it was the motherboard that controls the gas. I could have replaced that for under 1000.00. My furnace was 25 years old. I asked what it would cost to replace it. After calculating what I had already spent and a few other discounts my new furnace was installed the same day for $2600.00,
The entire staff was curious and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Showed up early to the service appointment but made sure to call before arriving early. Went above and beyond to help reset some heat settings on the furnace itself and explained everything after it was done. Payment was simple and smooth, provided a receipt to my email for my records. 10/10.
