Great service and on time for my furnace check up. Anthony the tech was extremely professional and I am happy to have Bernard heating and cooling in charge of HVAC at my house. Price was reasonable and I will have them back in summer to conduct annual maintenance on my Air Conditioning unit. So very happy to have a good honest local company to support.

Great customer service. The guy came out and was very exceptional. Gave some great information and was very knowledgeable. Straight forward and to the point. No BS from his service. We will always use this company for any issues with our furnace. Very affordable affordable.

Anthony (service Tech) came when the appointment was set a week prior. He called to let us know he would arrive in 15 minutes. While working on the furnaces he explained what he did, how our furnaces were working and possible issue that may be a sign of wearing parts. He gave us a quote for the repairs and told us we could call if/when we wanted them to do the work. We were very satisfied with the knowledge, professionalism, and overall costs for the service and estimate.

These guys have been awesome to work with. We had them install a new furnace, AC unit, and a tankless hot water heater. Hands down an incredible company and extremely knowledgeable. Our furnace was leaking water right after we purchased our home. It was old so we knew it would need replaced anyways but we didn’t know it was spewing CO2. They came out and replaced it quickly and our A/C unit. The A/C unit we wanted was backordered and they ended up upgrading us to an even better unit for free (saving us thousands). I’m very happy and highly recommend Bernard heating and cooling!

This was my first experience with Bernard Heating and Cooling. I called them because my usual company couldn’t get the issue taken care of. Soooo glad I did!
The technician was absolutely phenomenal. He had 30 years experience in the business and it showed! I had a humidifier throwing an E3 code. Called my usual for the yearly heating maintenance and added this problem to the job. Only response there was to buy a new module. Bernard had a different take on the issue. He immediately headed outside to the ac unit to check the wiring on the temperature sensor! Lo and behold an outside critter had made a home in the unit and it was packed with nesting debris. Removing that and replacing a wire and problem solved! Decided to do another winter maintenance just to see if there was anything missed by the previous company???? OMG, the question I now have is what did they do! So eye opening. Cleaned a trap that was almost clogged…. Removed the zip tie that was overriding the shut off switch when the panel was removed…. Cleared out the debris partially blocking the air intake…. Adjusted the gas usage for the two stage system…. Can’t believe they missed AND caused some of these problems.
I switched on the spot and now have a new go to company for my heating and cooling needs.
I URGE you to try Bernard HC. You will be very happy with the service. Cost was more than reasonable and the experience was PRICELESS!!!!

Jerrod from Bernard Heating came out to service our gas furnace today. He was later than anticipated, but he called and made sure that we had the time for his service call. It was not a big deal for us.

Once here, I was amazed at his thoroughness and his professionalism. He checked with me before doing anything outside of the "typical" maintenance. I knew that I needed a couple of new filters, so I expected that.

Our furnace had a couple of issues that will need attention, but Jerrod assured me that we are good to go for now. There was no pressure to get any repair or replace anything. Jerrod just did great work. On top of that, he was a friendly, engaging, and very communicative tech.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for service or repair of their gas furnace.

I absolutely love this company and their work ethic.
They have serviced my stuff and do a seasonal maintenance/cleaning would highly recommend the service plan .Recently had them replaced my furnace/AC and hot water tank.
Their prices are good but their customer care and satisfaction is 12 out of 10 .

Bernard H&C came out the same day I called them and as promised - their technician called my 30 minutes ahead to let me know he is on the way. Upon checkup on the furnace he called me and explained in detail what the problem was and he did to fix it. The things I expect from the business is responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality and Bernard Heating and Cooling displayed all of it. Will use them in the future

Excellent company to work with. Professional, courteous, polite, hard working. Anthony Maroni was our comfort specialist, Jerod was our technician, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our installers, Mason and Patrick were hard workers and did an excellent install and clean up. Jess in their office is very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
