Called Bernard to have a furnace tune up. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Spend 1.5 hours checking out the furnace. Found and corrected a couple of items. Very pleased with the service. Highly receooend them for any HVAC needs.

Tech told us we had a cracked exchanger, would need costly repair (on a fairly new 2015) system. Got a second opinion, absolutely nothing wrong with our system. Be weary of this company

We just had a new furnace installed by Bernard when ours stopped working in the middle of winter. We're completely satisfied with the work! I first spoke with Ben, both on the phone and through email. He was super responsive and gave me all the information I needed to pick the right unit for us, and scheduled the install the very next morning.

Mason and Anthony arrived right on time. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all my questions during the install, explained everything regarding the new thermostat and service plan, and left the furnace area super clean. We needed to have our heat pump and AC replaced. The owner was very helpful in finding the best option for us. We asked about adding onto the replacement and again he went out of his way to find the best option for what we wanted including coming out to our house a couple times to go over what we wanted even though we changed our minds a couple times. Not only did we get the original system replaced but we added a few mini splits. Wonderful company, wonderful employees, this is my go to for all my heating and cooling needs.

My furnace broke and I haven't had heat for going on 3 weeks now. I found Bernard Heating and Cooling in Hudson online. They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with financing, more than fair price and are squeezing me in for installation next Tuesday morning. To say I am grateful for everything they have done to help me is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The very least I felt I could do was get their name out there, I would Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!! Service was requested and received same day. They worked around my schedule and arrived right on time. Mason came out and was able to identify and fix the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several tips on how to keep my furnace running efficiently. The price was very reasonable and we’re very happy with our experience. We would definitely use them again and also recommend to others.

I had a Friday night water heater emergency and they not only took the call but sent an amazing technician who was thorough and professional. I appreciated the experience and will reach out to them for more work.

I was so glad I chose to call Bernard Heating and Cooling for second opinion after my current service company’s technician failed to fix my furnace, plus said I would need to replace control board that costs over thousand dollars. Ben was the person who came out within 20 minutes after we hung up the phone. He spent time testing the system here and there thoroughly and made a simple fix that made my furnace back to normal again. All I paid was for diagnostic $59 and furnace has been working great so far. I’m so thankful for Ben’s expertise that our house is warm again and I’m impressed even more knowing he is one of company’s management who literally didn’t have to come out but was willing to.

I have an annual maintenance contract and they called to schedule the work, showed up when they said and were very professional getting the system cleaned and checked.
