Not my first time using Brandon and won't be the last. 25 year old AC unit was running, but not cooling. I called first thing in the morning, in the middle of several straight 90 degree days, and got an appointment for later the same day. Workers showed up as promised and fixed it up as good as new. I really appreciate the same day service and their honesty in not trying to sell me a whole new unit/system.

As a local realtor, they have come to the rescue for me in a big way. They responded quickly, fixed the problems in my client's furnace and kept us on track to secure the sale. If their sticker is on a furnace of a home I am selling, then I know that system has had great support. I highly recommend them!!

Brandon installed a new air conditioning unit in our home about three years ago. At that time, they also installed a new thermostat. Recently, our furnace went out. We called Brandon, and a technician came out. After taking a significant amount of time to diagnose the problem, he stated it was a malfunction of the thermostat. He made a repair, but also suggested that an electrician should come out to check on the work, which cost us an additional service call that turned out to be unnecessary.
As soon as the Brandon technician left, the exhaust flue pipe of the furnace started to leak. When I called Brandon to inform them of this, they refused to accept responsibility, saying the repair was not related. I suggested that the repair was necessary in the first place because of their faulty thermostat, and also that something other than the repair that the technician had done during his lengthy visit had caused the leak. This was not accepted at all. Brandon refused any responsibility.
Think twice before using this company. They may solve one problem and just cause another.

We have been a customer of Brandon Heating for over 20 years. They have always been proactive when servicing my AC even though it's old. Rather than jumping to the cost of replacing they tried repair. Yesterday I called for service as my AC went out. Since we have a service contract, that meant you move up the list for servicing. Because of COVID and the continued extreme heat, they were very backed up even for service contract customers. The manager, Harold, took the time to get on the phone and explain their situation. He was very apologetic and concerned, promising that they would do the best they could to get to my home for service, saying it could be two days. To my surprise, one of their technicians should up later that afternoon. However, whether they showed up that day or the two days as indicated, I would still give them a five star due to the way we were treated and because of the fine service I received over the last 20 years. There are a lot of Heating and AC companies out there, but Brandon is the best! Thank you and keep up the good service.

I am changing my review after a in depth conversation with the owner of the company who has given me his word that he will do what is necessary to fix the intermittent issue I have. A couple weeks ago, a technician was send out to try and reproduce the issue but was unsuccessful. The follow up conversation that I had with the owner has reassured me that Brandon will support their installation and continue to follow up with me until the issue is resolved. Because of this effort, I am giving them a 5 star rating because many companies would not go to this effort to support their product. Brandon really does seem to care about their clients...

Our 23 year old furnace stopped working - Brandon heating was quick to get someone out to diagnose and to provide an estimate. Surprisingly, the estimate for a new furnace plus labor was less than what I thought so I was very pleased. Install was quick and the employees were friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Will be using them to replace A/C when that kicks the bucket.

Our AC went out during the hottest time of the year when repairman, Joe, came out and went absolutely above and beyond to fix our air conditioning. He was right on time and had creative solutions to fixing an unusual issue, I would recommend this company to anyone!

We suddenly did not have hot water, and it was a Saturday! I checked on Angie’s List and saw Brandon Heating and Air had high ratings.They were even open on Saturday! I contacted them and Brandon responded quickly. He said he could be at our house within 90 minutes and he was.

We have a hybrid hot water heater. As I wasn’t able to locate the manual, Brandon said he would research our particular model over the weekend. He then showed me how to set the heater to ensure that we would have hot water until he returned on Monday.

When Brandon returned, at the designated time, he gave us a manual that he downloaded for us and he placed it in the heater. He did not charge for the Saturday call at all, and the Monday appointment charge was reasonable.

Brandon is very dependable and professional. We will definitely recommend him.

I am a first time home owner, so when my wife and I woke up this morning to find our house without heat we were both very panicked. Fortunately for me I stumbled upon Brandon Heating and Cooling. The dispatcher was incredibly nice and flexible when it came to scheduling a service call (same-day). The technician that was dispatched to my house (Darren) was INCREDIBLE!! I honestly cannot say I have ever had a more friendly technician dispatched to my residence EVER! For Anything!

During his visit it came up that my wife and I were first time home owners and that we did not really know much about our furnace. Darren went above and beyond in explaining the ins and outs of the furnace, and how to properly maintain it to ensure we will be able to use it for years to come!

I will NEVER call another company to deal with my furnace or air conditioning. I can without doubt say that because of Darren, Brandon Heating and Cooling has made a customer for life.
